Mikaela Vines: Nina acquired pics and information prior to my child’s appointment and gave a price of 65 for a wash and straight back braids. She said nothing of a price increase until the very end for it to be 150 ( for straight back braids) and left to start someone’s hair. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The braids were thick and are already drying fuzzy. She also just whipped out scissors and cut my daughters hair with no words mentioned.Service:Twist braids

R 1: I had an excellent experience at Nina's hair care on 10/3/21. I asked for a shampoo, condition, blow out, and ends clipped. Ms. Nina was on time and very friendly. I have thick kinky hair and she gave my scalp a great scrub during the wash. Before we started, I told her I did not have a lot of time, and asked could she get me in and out quickly. She got me in and out, a quick braided style, and quality service. She listened to my concerns about split ends and heat damage and gave me good information. Brian Popilek: I brought my daughter in to see Laura for a cut and style twice. She is special needs and Laura took her time, explained everything to her, and got her input every step of the way. During our first visit… The 2nd visit she ignored her requests and instead hacked her bangs! They were less than 1/2” in length, and now we are dealing with it growing back slowly. I initially gave a 5* review, but I had to unfortunately change it to 1* after our last experience. Sadly we’ve had to find an alternative hair stylist now.

My hair color was so natural looking with the latest color techniques. My hair is curly and thick ,she used a new hair dryer that makes the curls come alive without drying them out and eliminates frizz. Many people will love the fact that Laura has natural products, preventing side effects, they are top of the line! Thankyou Laura!!!

Bobbie Pritchard: Friendly staff although I actually had my granddaughter and my hair cut, I had coupon for $9 kids cut. They ask if you want to add tip when checking out with credit card. I added a $12 tip for both haircuts bc they were simple. Cashier/stylist DID NOT tell me I was giving $12 per cut. Ended up paying I believe $42.00 or more for 2 basic cuts one with coupon. I feel that was WRONG but I was running late to another engagement and didn't catch it till I got my statement. That and I asked her to take off A LOT bc my hair is long n I wanted all dead ends off (dyed) hair. I got a whole 2 in!!!

Alisha Ramona: I scheduled an appointment with Briana for a Brazilian wax. I filled out pre wax forms and waited patiently. The receptionist said she didn’t make it in yet. So I waited and then the receptionist said that Briana cancelled my appointment because she texted me last night to confirm my appointment. I have no text or missed calls from her. However I did receive a call 2 days ago for an appointment confirmation call and I thought that was all I needed to do.Very unprofessional. This would of been my first visit. Why would you cancel a person’s appointment due to you not being able to reach them to confirm anyways? If it’s a requirement then I can understand.
