The young African American lady was taking care each line but alternating but it became my turn I was skipped over twice and I address her she didn't answer my question then back to the little window with my order like I bothering her no thank you have a good day or anything but others before was greeted in that manner. My wrap burnt and soggy as well!!!! No a happy customer by far!!!

Kaitlyn: I’ve been going to Hoffman’s since this location opened and I’m really bummed that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I used to LOVE Hoffman’s sandwiches, but the last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller..yet, I can’t say the same thing about the price. I also noticed this time that the bread is different and the sourdough just looks and tastes like toasted white sandwich bread..well not toasted, because my food was soggy when I got it home and my order was incorrect. Overall just disappointed in the lack of quality. Please do better and make your sandwiches the way you used to. Edit: I called and told someone (didn’t get name) my issue and they put me in the books to order a new sandwich to replace this one, so thank you for that! I really appreciate it. Hopefully it turns out better.

Leggings 4 Life: We have ordered from McAlister’s a lot in the past year and enjoyed it but lately the service has gone down drastically. The food is now way overpriced and the last two orders I’ve placed have been wrong. Tonight there was a black hair on my pickle! So gross. They changed the strawberry shots in the pure cane lemonade that costs almost $5 a drink and it’s not even close to the same thing as before or worth what it was. My Club sandwich didn’t even have Spring Mix on which it is supposed to… Overall the service just sucks these days! Not sure I’ll be back after a second disappointing trip that costs me $50 to feed 3 people.
Gretchen Sage: We have ordered here a few times. Each time it’s been great. Only disadvantage is it is kind of pricey. Cannot go wrong with the berry pecan salad. Their customer service is also great. The convenience of ordering through the app or online and picking up through the drive up window is awesome too. Will be back probably more than I should be.

That's no drinks, desert, or side upgrades. On a regular day I would pay half price tops for the items, but even then the sandwiches were a bit light on meat for the price. Worth a try, but didn't turn out great for us personally.

So we go walking and it’s LITERALLY 8:20 pm. We try and place and order and they’re not doing hot food anymore tonight. The person who waited on us I’ve never seen her before refused us service and was pretty rude about it honestly. Sandy La mar: First time at this establishment. We walked in ,only ones in line , a young lady on the phone at front counter, never spoke to us . A young man walking back and forth behind the counter acknowledged us and said he'll be with us in a moment . A young lady walked in to pick up an order . We told her to go ahead ,we were looking at the menu . We decided after a minute or two . She left , still nobody waited on us. My husband walked to the men's room and he came out and I'm STILL WAITING because 4 ladies came in and went right up to the register and the young man came over and waited on them . This was a total time of almost 15 minutes. We walked out !!!

Sarah Schmitt: I don’t frequently write reviews but my experience today was extraordinaryly terrible. I ordered food at 12:22, called at around 1 to ask what was going on because the app said it was delivered. The store swore up and down my order was next. Called again at 1:35 to check on it Again, and they swore it was out for delivery. Now it’s after 2, I’m shaking because I haven’t eaten (and can’t take meds because of this), and I call again to ask for a refund. Through this whole process no one is apologetic, no one is offering solutions. I try to call corporate and get told to leave a voice mail. Everything about this was frustrating and extremely disappointing. So much for “freaky fast.” I’ve ordered from here before and never run into this amount of trouble (an order mistake here and there but nothing this wild), and I doubt I’ll order from them again after this. The final nail in the coffin, is that I also have to wait a few days to get my money back (I know, I know, that’s how card purchases work), but now I can’t order food from anywhere else because I don’t have those funds. So now I’m shaking, incredibly hungry, feeling awful because of meds + no food, and disappointed, and can’t even do anything about it. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
