Injections may not be everyone’s solution, however, I have experienced so much relief and am able to resume regular activity with no pain. Dr. Dass is compassionate, understanding and is so knowledgeable. I am glad to be a patient and would highly recommend him.

My knees are in a very bad way and instead of knee replacement surgery, Dr. Justin suggested injections. I cannot recall the name of them at current. But every time I receive them, immediately notice my knee issues are gone. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER.Oh, let me share about the EXCEPTIONAL STAFF. I assume all doctors know what they are doing but Dr. Gemayel was able to communicate it to me in a way that was very clear and easy to understand. He also provided me with some treatment right there in the office, which was surprising but very welcome.The entire Ortho office at Insight was pretty quiet. The front desk woman as well as the woman at checkout were really nice. It was very clean, which is right on par with the rest of Insight's facility.I always like going to Insight and now I like going to Dr. Gemayel because I know he and his staff will take good care of me.

Tedi Mahoney: I had surgery on my ankle for a perineal tear. Then had to have a 2nd surgery for a 2nd tear, that I told her about to begin with. The 2nd surgery she replaced the tendon with a cadaver tendon without discussing this with me beforehand.I am still unable to walk right on said foot and can’t get another appointment with her office.Sounds kind of fishy to me. What happened??

Carolyn Case: I received the same friendly and professional service as I did on my first visit with Dr Mosier-Laclair 20 years ago. I was referred to her in 2002 by my foot doctor. At that first visit she explained, in detail, why it was so painful for my left foot when standing, walking or running. She gave me 2 options they would help my foot, surgery, which she recommended, or ortho’s casted to my feet that are worn in your shoes. She went into the details of what needed to be done with surgery. At that time I chose the fitted ortho’s with it in mind to get the surgery down the road. I could not believe what a difference the ortho’s made!! Life changing at the time. I went on with life with a lot less pain.Today, in spring 2022, I went back to see about getting the surgery now as I am 60 and experiencing pain daily due to not getting the surgery. I now have bunions and hammer toes, just like she said would happen over the years if I didn’t have the surgery. I had not seen Dr.Mosier-Laclair since my post visit after getting my ortho’s that were made for my feet in 2002. She came into the examination room and said “long time no see”. We laughed and I said it sure has been!I am sure she didn’t recognize me and it was probably the person I spoke to when I called to make my appointment that must have put it in my new file that she seen me in 2002. Because it had been over 20 years since I had been there they did not have a file on me.That let me know that their office has good communication skills and the doctor reads your file, and she has a great sense of humor. She is also very quick but she is also very thorough and answered my questions.I was not at all bothered that she talked fast and was was being quick. I felt like she loves her job and helping people and is a driven person that wants to help as many people as she can.I will let you know what I think after my surgery…….I had my surgery 3 months ago and I am doing great! My foot is still a little swollen and I know it won’t be 100% for sever more months. The surgery went perfect and I know it was the right decision, to have the surgery. Dr. Mosier is THE BEST and I would recommend only her for any Otho. Surgery needed!

Unbelievable, office staff was professional, and polite. But I strongly recommend if you can help it give elsewhere. Completely disgusted with the lack of information I was given, and the way I was spoken to. I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE!!
