New Space: Was ditched by the wellness driver because she was too impatient to wait 2 minutes for me, now I had to call a uber, now I want her to pay the bill

Aimat Dawn: The drivers stop hard, pull off hard, they take off before you can have a seat, and today the driver on the Richfield route drove right pass me... passing two stop with what I believe was a cell phone in his hand maybe the reason he didn't see me standing directly at the stop. I can only speak for the Cvic Park and Richfield routes. Those two busses are so dirty, I had to just stand up for the ride. I only ride the bus by choice as a concern citizen and what to vote for in my community! Clean the buses, focus and slow down so you can stay safe...

Lillian Yopp: My name is lillian yopp. I am so tired of waiting an hour or more for a driver to pick me up that was this last Wednesday. The driver couldnt even wait for them to fill my prescription witch only took ten minutes. Then i waited forty five minutes to come back. Today the driver picked me up late then picked up another person i understand that person was going to dialysis it would of only took the driver to drop me off at home if that much time over then taking me way over on the other side of town. When i call denise who is s supervisor never call me back. So i am making my complaints this way
Julie Van Norman: They are never on time. The night before they will call you and give you your pick up time for the following day. They have come up to 45 minutes early and 45 minutes late and left without me. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services, especially severally disabled people. I have called them and asked for them to arrange a pick up for me so I wouldn't be stranded,but they wouldn't. They've left me in bad areas in Flint out in the cold a few times even though I was there 15 minutes before the time they said they would be there. I have contacted coordinators to find a remedy for this ongoing issue, but they still have not done anything, or even called me with an explanation. There has to be something we can do about this, they need to be reprimanded for their unprofessional, unethical, and downright rude behavior. What about The Americans With Disabilities Act? Apparently they do not abide by the laws and rights of disabled Americans. I hope one day there will be more hope for a normal life as a disabled person. I pay $45/month to use their services,part of the time I do not even receive their services due to their unorganized and unprofessional establishment. Please try to find a more reliable and caring company to transport you or your loved ones.

Bobbie Pritchard: Had to call your ride because I was driving southbound on I75 at I69 interchange. I had a Your Ride driver that kept swerving into my lane! I literally had to share a lane with another driver just so none of us crashed. I hope the person got corrected!

I'mJustTickled To Death: Their company will soon shut down at this location because of lack of customers. You can't even schedule a ride when you call. They answer you then ask if they can put you on hold, you say yes only to be on hold for a long time before they hit you with a voicemail 🤬

Romonica X: My first time attempting to catch the Your Ride bus and the driver didn't show up. Ok fine (but not really because I needed to get to work) because I was made aware that it could happen. I called and let them know the driver was late and they said they would notate it. They marked me as a no show although I called and let them know the driver never showed with the timeframe! Ride was supposed to arrive between 6:30 am and 6:45 but he showed up at 7:47 am after I had already figured out another way to work! Their mistake yet I get a no show on my rider record. They then proceeded to cancel all of my rides for the remainder of the week! You'll do better walking!

G G: I had to use this service for the first time because my car broke down. I called to set up rides for the whole week. I was asked for my customer ID I said I don't have one, she was condescending and laughed and informed me EVERY ONE HAS ONE. I responded not me, so THEN she asked for my information, and surprisingly said oh you don't have an ID...... yes that's what I said. So I booked the whole week, not knowing how this worked at all and getting nothing else from the call center lady except that u was all set. Later that night I received a call saying they DID NOT have a ride to work for me but they had one home.....I wondered how do I get picked up from a place you can't take me... so I cancelled that days rides. After that I was informed a ride would need to be confirmed daily.....I needed to be to work and can't depend on if or maybe I'll get a ride. So I rented a car at great expense and cancelled the entire week of your ride, I was then called 6 times and had to reconfirm all the rides were cancelled... even though they sent a ride to my work after I cancelled and then another ride to my home after I cancelled 3X. Your call center should have explained how this works KNOWING I was a first time client. Somehow you're confirmed DOES NOT MEAN ACTUAL CONFIRMATION OF A RIDE. When you cancel you must tell 1 machine and 5 humans before they actually cancel. This is not a dependable service, people have to work it's not a joy ride its for work. Ughhh frustrating and pointless. 0 out of 10 will walk next time it's more dependable!!!
Elizabeth Reek: Out of 3 days I had a ride scheduled, they only picked me up ONE of those days!! And I was 15 mins late on THAT day!! The other 2 days, they cancelled 10 mins b4 they were supposed to be picking me up!! So no time to find another ride and be on time!!! They didn't deserve even the 1 star!!!
