Timothy Johnson: I went in there. On The NFL draft day to. Get An NFL draft hat... And guess what,?they didn't have any.. And the guy working was actually too busy talking to his friend and was kind of short and rude with me...
Melissa Lewis: 2 workers in the store and neither one of them acknowledged my existence until it was time to checkout. I felt uncomfortable. Honestly, if my kid didn't absolutely want a hat for Christmas, I would have left and never went back. Next time, I'll go to Birch Run where the atmosphere is a lot friendlier.

Cory Sears: Is this place even open anymore? I've tried going there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and all 3 times were in the late afternoon and they were closed. Yet their hours say 11am-8pm and those hours we're verified a week ago?

Alex Blanding: Customer service is the worse. The person I spoke to was absolutely no help at all. I asked to speak with someone in a leadership position and was put on hold. I wasn’t real big on H&M from the start, this has just turned me off all together. Plus, my order still wasn’t sent out.
