Sue Graham: I have used Beltone hearing aids for about 5 years. I first researched online, checking brands, reviews, ratings.Went to 3 different places for assessment first. One was another big-name company, the 3rd a smaller family-owned business with excellent reputation.Beltone was the only one who actually put hearing aids in my ears, so I could see how they felt, and actually hear with them!Service is excellent. They recheck you every 3 months, make adjustments if needed, have good suggestions re:how to have mask, glasses and aids cooperate!Any issues at all: call them. You will get appointment almost immediately.Best for last: NEVER pay for anything except the aids initially. No service fees. No charge for appointments. I am a happy customer!

Peggy Staggers: I think it's a louzy place to go. Dr hugg only wanted to give me hearing aids wich I don't need. He didn't go to school long enough if you ask me. He lacks compassion. But if you look on face book. Hearing life clinics are pushing hearing aids right now. I'm sorry the company is getting my insurance money. They don't deserve it!!! They also think single people on disability can afford hearing aids. Such pushy people.

There are no Doctors in Numerous locations and they knowingly and willingly commit insurance fraud. They also will sell you hearing aids when you truly needed only a simple adjustment. The only thing that place had that was good was the one Doctor that they fired due to him not participating in the fraudulent claims! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Terri Spohn: My husband turns the tv, radio, phone, etc up too loud, and I'm constantly asking for volume reduction. After a thorough, free exam, we learned that he has 70+% hearing loss in one ear, and and 60% in the other. The audiologist explained things thoroughly, recommended a hearing aid for 1 ear. There was no pressure to buy products, only recommendations. Highly recommend. A great place to go for any age group, but if you're in your 50s and in denial about your hearing problems and "getting a little older", you should really consider taking advantage of their free, thorough exam!!! Do it!!

Kelli Thomas: I called because I could not hear anything in my right ear when using Bluetooth. They were able to fit me right in. Sue cleaned my hearing aids and it still did not work. Sue was so so patient. We finally figured out my right hearing aid was not pairing with my phone. It took several attempts but we finally got it to pair.
