Christian Hawkins: I was reached out to within an hour of emailing a query, he was very apologetic that he couldn't come out THAT day (which is think is insane to expect anyhow and I was looking for but wow), but was able to come out two days later had so much knowledge and context off the top of his head about what's wrong down to circumference or height or amperage or polarity and explained why it's wrong, why what's right is right, and how to get there and the pros of getting it there. He was sociable and didn't seem bothered when I'd look over his shoulder or interrupt him outright to detail him and ask unrelated questions.
