Diane: Cummings Property Management has been our property management company for our condo association in Flint Township for many years. Dianne Cartledge is our current manager. Since becoming our manager she has implemented improvements in procedures, communication, project completion, and has facilitated compliance to by-laws by the homeowners. She works equally well with the board, vendors, and homeowners. Dianne delivers management reports to board members prior to monthly meetings which has resulted in more streamlined, efficient meetings. She is a proactive manager, and in addition to her management skills, she is pleasant, kind, and helpful. She can also be tough when necessary. When calling Cummings Property Management, calls are always answered in a professional manner. The accounting team does an outstanding job and the reports are always accurate and timely. Overall, our board is very satisfied with this company.

elisabeth richardson: Excellent Management Company right here in Michigan. Our Association has been with Cummings for at least five years. A huge improvement over Lansing Condo Services. Cummings is honest, direct, timely, and forward thinking. We don't have to worry about over billing and shoddy workmanship. They hire licensed and insured companies to complete work around the Association. We are an older Association so we have ongoing capital improvement issues. They have helped us tremendously in getting our capital improvements budgeted and completed. Thank you Cummings Management.

Lynn Radzilowski: After a shaky start with a couple property managers Cummings made it right and we now have stability and support. Fees and services are appropriate. Guidance and support is given to the Board when needed. Overall, happy with the service. Great golf outing each year as well!

david kalapinski: Cummings Management works very closely with our Condominium Association Board. Our Condominium Association has 57 units. My wife has been working with our Cummings Manager, Dianne Cartledge, for the past 5 years. Dianne meets with the Board monthly and has proven to be very knowledgeable and a great resource for companies to contact and request bids for projects needed to be done. Our Condominium Association had two major projects completed within the last year. One was for the repaving and repair of our roads, and the other was for repair of our retention pond drains. Both were completed with satisfaction. Within the past year, at Dianne's suggestion, the Board initiated a newsletter for all residents, providing updates on our Condominium projects, recipes and suggested homeowner's repair contacts. We are very pleased with Cummings Property Management and would highly recommend them.
