Mark Larson: Our horses were here for 10 years until we got our own farm. Bill and Nancy always took fantastic care of them and we never worried that they were getting anything less than the best. If we didn't bring them home, we would definitely still be there!
DVM: I am a DVM who was relatively new to horse ownership and Bill and Nancy and all the folks at Eleventh Hour could not have provided better care for all the horses boarding with them. The barn is spotless, the care topnotch! A wonderful place for your horse!

Andrea Bitler: Bill & Nancy are profoundly loving, caring and devoted to the farm and the horses entrusted to their care. When I first bought Oliver I shuffled from barn to barn for a couple years. After settling here, which was our 3rd barn, I could tell the difference right away. My horse was completely at ease here after just 1 day. Looking back now, over a decade later not once for a single moment have I ever regretted stabling him here. Bill and Nancy have never let us down. The place is always clean and well run and they have often gone above and beyond in times of need, be it injury or illness of either my horse or myself. Peace of mind is invaluable. Could not imagine being anywhere else.
Larry Allswede: We ran into a snag on our spring break with our 3 girls (10, 7 & 4) to ride horses on spring break. I called Nancy Peacock to see if she could fit us in for a quick lesson so our girls could still ride a horse on their spring break. We called on Tuesday, and she agreed to bring us in on Friday. Such a hero for us!! It was a wonderful experience, and the people were very friendly. Thanks again Nancy!

When I decided to move him closer to home, I searched and visited any boarding facility I could find in the area. My searching led my horse and I to Eleventh Hour. The facilities are well maintained, the whole barn kept very clean, the arena is manicured, lots of space in many pastures, and the list goes on. Most importantly, the care of the horses here is the #1 priority every single day. I have complete peace of mind because I know Bill & Nancy pay close attention to each horse, and their communication is amazing! I am so happy my horse gets to call this place home.

Even the Barn Cats are loved and spoiled!Sadly, I lost my Horse due to Old Age last Year, but if and when the time is right I will be back! I miss this Barn and my Barn Family as much as I miss my Magic Man! He was a rescue but Nancy and Bill Peacock never treated Him that way! Instead they treated Him like one of their own and helped me get Him through so much with their over the top care!When He just couldn’t fight another day and it was His time to cross over the Rainbow Bridge if it wasn’t for Nancy and Bill I would Have never made it through! They stayed with Him until the Vet came to end His suffering when I could not bare to be there myself ! They took care of everything and I am forever Grateful to them both for that, as much as I am for loving Him as much as I did!I cannot put into words how much that meant to me and always will!RIP Magic 😪 You were loved by all and you will never be forgotten ❤️
Jacque Morgan: Prior to boarding our two horses at Eleventh Hour Farm we operated our own 20 stall boarding facility for over 13 years. Once we sold our farm we visited many other facilities to board our horses. Of the facilities we visited we felt that Eleventh Hour Farm was the best.Since we moved to Eleventh Hour Farm we have found that our horses are getting the best of care. Bill and Nancy treat the boarded horses as well as their own and it shows when you watch the way in which the horses interact with them.The feeding program is excellent and the barn is always kept in the cleanest of shape. If you are looking to board your horse at an excellent facility take a trip over to Eleventh Hour Farm - you will not regret your visit.
Sandi Corrigan: I have owned horses for over 15 years and have boarded at several area stables. Eleventh Hour Farm is a top notch facility for horses and humans! Bill and Nancy take excellent care of the horses. Their communication is fantastic and they really look out for the horses and go the extra mile. Cleanest stalls I have ever seen. The barn never smells and the pastures are well kept. Arenas are graded constantly. The boarders are terrific and really look out for each other as well. If you are looking for a medium size farm with great people and great care this is the place!

Jennifer Parker: Bill and Nancy put the horses first! They are meticulous about horse care and well being and pretty darn special themselves. They always went above and beyond for my horse. They know how to read horses personalities and how to pair them up in a herd for the horses mental health and safety. When the weather would change they'd blanket my horse if it got too cold or hose him off when it was hot as blazes, without me even asking. They did it for my horse because they care. He maintained a healthy weight year round and was so calm and happy at Eleventh Hour. The only reason I no longer board is because I bought my own horse farm and was able to bring him home. I've referred many horse friends to Bill and Nancy and they've all been happy.
Stacy Broser: Best boarding barn in south eastern Michigan!For years, I moved my OTTB and QH from boarding barn to boarding barn because I was unsatisfied with the care they were receiving. Thankfully, even though it wasn't very close to my home, I eventually moved them to Eleventh Hour Farm. For the first time ever, I was happy with the care my horses were receiving. I never had to worry about them because Bill and Nancy treat every horse like their own. They are two of the nicest people I have ever met and I, if I ever acquire another horse someday, would NEVER consider boarding him/her anywhere else!

Lori Marran: I entrust my pride and joy, a retired Thoroughbred racehorse with Eleventh Hour Farm. I have taken dressage lessons for several years at this facility and was so impressed by the level of care and compassion that the owners, Bill and Nancy have shown to the horses in their care that I decided to board my horse with them. I wouldn't board any where else - Eleventh Hour Farm is the absolute best!
Aly Senters: Took advantage of my grandma and grandpa. Over charging for board. Stole from them. Half the stuff from their tack box is missing. We met with people to sell her horse for her, and they hid one of her saddles and then “miraculously” found it. My grandpa just passed away and these people decide to start taking advantage of my grandma. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not board your horse here.

Aubrey Schram: Recently switched here from another riding stable and the difference is night and day. Oakwood first and foremost cares about their horses and it shows. Instructor Dahn is patience, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter and grown leaps and bounds and she's only been riding here 1 month. Highly recommend if you're looking for a positive place to learn how to ride and also care about animals, their welfare and well being.

Jacquelyn Hyatt: My Daughter and I love Taylor Creek Stables. Ms. Kelly is a great trainer and the facilities are beautiful! Highly recommend for lessons.
Joel Pallay: It's a beautiful stables setup behind a nice subdivision. Very clean and appears will managed. I would seriously consider renting for events in the future. Great bar area, with view of the horses. I don't recommend randomly ever going up to horses you don't know, but they loved to see us walk by during a girl scout event and yelled for our attention to come say hi.

Dorothy and Melissa are amazing trainers that push you and help you reach goals you didn't even think were possible. The horses are extremely well cared for and I trust that when I am not there my horse will be in good hands. The barn is like a family and everyone is welcoming and lots of fun! 10/10 would recommend!

G Alo: Horrible care. Brought my horse there and 6 months later he had lost over 100 pounds. Even my vet who came warned me to get him out of that place!
Rosann Sarka: Great barn, huge indoor arena and well appointed viewing area with kitchenette, restrooms and shower. Outdoors arenas and area to park trailers. Horses are well attended to, staff is welcoming and cordial. Safety of horse and riders always prime.Idyllic multiple pastures and wooded trails. Multiple disciplines represented. Overall a pleasant place to board and ride your bud. :)
