The tires weren't wonderful so they discounted the price to allow for new tires.I had a problem picking up the vehicle so Ray quickly volunteered to deliver the Jeep to my home the next day.This entire deal was quick, easy and awesome. Barbara Torrey: My daughter bought a vehicle here on October 20, 2022. On December 20, 2022 she had to take it to a repair shop when it went into "limp mode" driving home from work.Turns out it had a major oil leak. The oil filter housing unit and cam shaft position sensors and oil pressure switch, spark plugs and a handful of other things were wrong. It's still in the shop 5 weeks later as they keep having issues with it. Now they say it needs timing chains. So far the bill is just over $5200 with the warranty only covering $979 of it.

She knows what she’s talking about and she will make you feel right at home and comfortable leaving your trailer with her. They have a great service staff. My wife and I have two horses both of which we’ve had for more than 20 years. Needless to say, they are family and loved ones. My wife and I will put our faith in no one else but Victory to work on our horse trailer.

Lynne Brown: My Husband and I purchased an entech trailer in May 2019. The trailer was not used until July of 2019. We noticed these odd markings underneath the clear coat of the paint. We had not touched the trailer, not even washed. it.. Spoke to Chris and showed him the trailer, he was going to contact the factory. I have never heard back from him. I left message for Chad, the salesman for someone to call back, NO ONE HAS! The factory told me they would charge me to fix it. What great customer service! Please beware! Beware of factory warranty and policies. Ask first! For the cost of a $37,000.00 trailer, you would think you would get some response.

J M: Fenton Trading Post is good at the initial sale. Really satisfied with the dealer while I was purchasing. But now I have an issue. I wanted things fixed so the trailer would look like a new trailer, since it is new, the fenders started massively delaminating. I expected them to say: drop it off and we’ll take care of it. The response I got was: it’s not covered under warranty....go buy a can of spray paint. 18K for this trailer and 7 months later this is how I’m treated.7/26/2022: Update - I had to work through the manufacturer to get my trailer's fender issue resolved. I had to drive several hours to drop my trailer off for the work, wait over 3 weeks, and then drive several hours to pick it up, ALL on my dime. This could have been SO easily handled by my dealer ordering new fenders and replacing them. I heard this actually happened at a dealer in Wisconsin, with a trailer that had the same issue, so it can be done, a dealer can make sure it's customers are satisfied.

Especially when I said show me your invoice and I'll pay it and was told no we can't that ( in the nastiest way possible) . Go price gouge someone else to pay you employees salaries.
