Asthma Allergy & Immunology: what do users think?
Ronald Brasseur: Well, I should have looked at the reviews before making an appointment. Very rude, rude, rude. If u want to be treated like nothing, this is the place for you.
Alexis Bayne: Huge waste of time, got no answers. Explained my symptoms and he didn’t help give me an idea of what I could be allergic to at all, just had me pick foods to test which wasn’t even what I told him was triggering my symptoms. Can’t wait to get a bill in the mail for nothing
Jeff Stancroff: The office is usually busy but they do a good job of keeping things moving. Dr. Anne always takes the time to discuss/ explain things and his staff is always friendly. If you have kids they will enjoy the small play area and large fish tank.
CHristopher Hagerty: Excellent Allergy care in Flint Michigan
Amanda Hogan: highly do not recommend. saw the reviews but still wanted to give this place a chance, absolutely horrible. horrible service, wait time sucked. dr. anne didnt care to listen to my problems and concerns and just went with what he wanted. place was extremely dirty, very unprofessional work, everyone on their phones, no masks, i could go on. etc.honestly worst doctor ive ever been to in my life. if you do choose this place please ask for a different doctor at least.
Amanda Kopacsi: Both dr.s in office are great and highly knowledgeable! Have been experiencing problems with my 4year old that no other dr. Or clinic could figure out or even help with. Nurses are friendly and front desk secretary is the sweetest. Highly recommend
Demetria Brown: Feel rushed feel like the doctor don't really care. Really quick to right out a prescription. Without really looking at the side effect's and the illness that you have. But i do love the front office staff. They are really nice and friendly.
Aly Noelle: this office was horrible.I had a 12:30 appt and showed up 15mins early to fill out paperwork, only to be greeted with a sign that they were on lunch until 1pm. I waited 45 mins before anyone even took my paperwork and another 30 mins to see the dr.when he came in he didn't even bother to introduce himself, then proceeded to call my home a "zoo" and "nasty" and continually interrupted me while I was speaking, and he did all of this in front of a medical student. he was condescending and extremely rude and I felt like I was being interrogated. I will not go back.
Monica Reed: I would give No stars if possible, my daughter went in today for an appointment and was basically made fun of by Doctor Anne for letting him know her outbreaks were worse when she is under stress, mind you he had 3 female interns with him who also thought it was okay to giggle when he said” what could you be stressed about at your age” this Infuriates me! He has no idea what she has been through in her personal life, she was so broken out in hives and face and lips completely swollen to the point of unrecognizable this summer all while being on medication he prescribed, when she told him she went to emergency he told her she shouldn’t have,, very unprofessional in my opinion to treat a patient this way.
jeff: This place is a total joke, unprofessional staff that is constantly changing and they make you wait two hours for a shot that takes two minutes, avoid at all costs!!!!
Kimberly Lozano: Was a new patient had to be there 15 min prior to appt. Appt was at 2:00pm sat there till 2:30pm went and said to receptionist i had a 2pm appt and you guys took a patient in and i was here first and she also had a 2pm appt. She said she would see what she could do. Waited till almost 3pm nothing done what a first impression. Called my doc out in parking lot told them i want a new referrel. I understand im not inly patient but they shouldnt set appts if they cant keep them and get someone else in at same appt time.
Trista Ward: Clean, large waiting room, masks required, fast service
Susan M: This doctor was horrible, he is very unprofessional, should have his license pulled. He's not good with children, my son has a rash around his face, and the doctor was not gentle at all shoving stuff in his mouth and pressing hard on his nose he made my son was crying over it. We walked out this fool is something else!! Ive been to better docs
Kristina Phillips: Testing is fine. Can never get someone o. the phone and wait times are a joke. They should deduct from the cost for the time they waste of yours.
Sarah Curtis: I actually really like the doctor and office staff here but it is impossible to get through on the phone. I have called them probably 10 times in the last week and I cannot speak with an actual person.
Russell: Had a test done years ago where the blood was drawn and tested. Went in the other day and they apparently "never heard of that method and doesn't work as well". I told them everything I was allergic to according to the blood test, they went and did the needle test anyways, turns out I'm allergic to everything I told them I'm allergic to. I've been a servere asthmatic since the age 2, even died from it. I have natural methods that have turned my asthma into daily hospitalization into need an inhaler once every couple months. Now since they injected them into my arms I've been having problems with breathing and have to use my inhaler multiple time every day. Will never go back to them!
Brindi Green: Last summer I had an allergic reaction and was misdiagnosed by a primary Dr, Urgent Care Dr, ER Dr, and a Dermatologist! Dr Anne was the only one to help me! He is ALWAYS available if you need a smart, caring Dr!
Heather Dolliver: If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a referral from our primary to have tests done for our daughter following a bee sting with significant swelling. Provided insurance information over the phone BC/BS of Texas PPO 80/20 with a $500 deductible. Go to appointment 3 weeks later to be told they wont do anything because of our insurance and my daughter doesnt have any life threatening concerns. CROOKED HEALTHCARE SYSTEM AND JUST ANOTHER CORRUPT PRACTICE THAT FOSTERS IT! I will discuss with my primary and strongly encourage no further referrals are sent to the entire organization! Please join me in my boycott!
Becky Wilson: Dr Botta is great but the allergy shot service is horrible - the wait time is downright insulting. Been coming for 2 years now. It's at least an hour investment every time plus an hour roundtrip travel time. Schedule for shots start at twice per week. I frequently have sat in an EMPTY lobby for half an hour waiting. I've been in the lobby for 20 minutes, there are 9 people waiting (not including people accompanying them) and no one has been called back. You've been warned.Updating this to one star after another year. This place is awful. I'm finishing out shot series here and never coming back. Will find any other place but here for future needs. I've wasted days of my life in their bloody lobby.
Jaylin Duhon: Dr. Anne does great with treatments. But, as others stated allergy shots are one of the longest waits you’ll have. Don’t get me wrong some days are in and out others you could be waiting over an hour. The nurses that give the shots are great as well. I feel like the doctors always have them doing another task though, but when the lobby has 5-10 people waiting over 10-20 minutes that’s an issue.
Jeff Ohler: Had my first visit at this off today, loved everyone there! The doctor and staff were great, very nice and explains everything great! Would definitely recommend this office to others.

Anne Suresh MD: what do users think?
Carrie: Staff was friendly and efficient. I saw the doc at my allotted time. Love a Doc with a sense of humor, and Dr. Anne has a fantastic one. Was there with my 8 year old to see what steps to take for her chronic fevers, he took time to listen as well as joked with my daughter and helped her feel comfortable. He did the scratch test to rule out allergies, and now is running blood to check the immune system. He told me his plan of action to find out what is going on with her and answered all my questions. Wasn’t trying to rush us out or ignore my concerns which other doctors have done. Very pleased and looking forward to figuring this out with him.
mikayla badour: Staff was friendly.Dr. Anne and i had miss communication, couldn't understand what he was saying.Waiting room ceiling was leaking. Floors were filthy, room I was in waiting for dr to come in was extremely dirty. Hasn't been cleaned in days. Dirt and hair stuck to the floor. Book had some kind of liquid dried to it. Dr didnt wear gloves, no hand sanitizer anywhere to be seen. No gloves in rooms. And it looked like the tissue paper on bed was reused. The office and rooms smelled like mold.
Jemry Marie: Unprofessional, didn't seem to listen to anything I said. Rude demeanor. The ladies who work for him are kind.
Theresa Fitzpatrick: My allergy shots usually are given pretty quickly and I have never had bruising. They have great hours and the staff is kind and friendly and I would refer Dr Anne to anyone he is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate.
Adonna “Doharm” Harmon: Staff was very nice. But the doctor was very unprofessional. Every time my husband and I ask him a question about our daughter he would either have an attitude or cut us off during our conversation. He’s very rude and condescending.
Sally Franz: Dr. Anne is very kind and attentive to my concerns.
Jackie Watkins: Dr Anne has always been here for me day or night .. love the staff especially Michelle she gives me my Zolair shots and they hardly bruise
Elaine Ashley: Absolutely TERRIBLE! Our first visit a year ago was okay... our annual checkup this year was definitely worse. First visit for my 2yr old son, he only scratch tested for things we knew he had reactions for. Then when we went back this year we requested to have additional tests for nut, legumes & pollen/mold, all things he's reacted to this past year. Dr. Anne refused and said "that if we think that, then we should just avoid those things, and in the end it didn't matter because we have a script for an EpiPen". Then he tried to have a conversion with my daughter, who was quietly playing on her tablet. Not his patient. She's extremely shy and didn't respond to him. He went to poke at her and she coward and turned away from him... he proceeded to tell her that she was being naughty and needed a spanking!!! Then pinched my sons nose & said see you next year. Yeah right!!! I told him to not even think about billing me for this visit and that we'd be looking elsewhere for services. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with ANY doctor. Unprofessional, terrible bedside manner. Would even give him the one star, but it's the only way to leave a comment. I absolutely, unequivocally DO NOT recommend this doctor!
Connie Caudill: He's my favorite Dr, always polite, caring. His staff is helpful.l do not wait long and he listens and has always helped me get well.
Ashley Deloney: EVERY time I come for my allergy shot, I wait at least twenty to thirty minutes to be seen, if not more. It doesn't matter what time of day. It is ridiculous to wait this long. There have been multiple times I waited forty five minutes and had to leave because I had to go to work or class and couldn't wait any longer.
sandra merriweather: DOCTOR ANNE AS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME WITH ALL MY ALLERGIC REACTIONS . I NEVER KNOW WHAT I AM ALLERGIC TO UNTIL IT HAPPENS AND HE AND HIS STAFF ARE SUPER NICE AND YOU HARDLY HAVE TO WAIT OVER 5 MIN. AND THAT IS TO UPDATE YOUR PAPERS , I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL .
Janice Deckard: The doctor and everyone in his office are very helpful and friendly. They really care and have made a plan of action. Waiting was not bad. It was easy to get an appointment.
Mary Kasem: Excellent physician - would recommend him highly - diagnosed and cleared up sinus problem I had been having for nearly a decade. Trust him implicitly.

Cookingham Allergy & Asthma Associates, Joel Beene M.D., Gail Cookingham M.D.: what do users think?
Night Sun: Dr. Beene is awesome and the Staff. I appreciate you all. Been a patient over 20 years off and on for Asthma and Allergies.
Georgia Jones: Dr Beene and his staff are simply amazing yet extremely professional. Dr Beene is definitely a specialist in his noted field. I have been with him for so many years I have lost count...lol My allergy and sinusitis issues are chronic and year round. He has always taken the necessary problem solving measures to get to the bottom of my medical issue. I am so glad I have entrusted him to help keep my allergies and sinusitis under control so I can have a good quality of life.
Michael Piper: Were it not for strict policies about what can be publicly posted I would be able to tell you how I really feel about this office. Unfortunately, these soft policies have stripped free speech and the ability to tell the TRUTH about businesses.I will say I'm glad I never got the opportunity to pay this office a dime or allow them to bill my insurance as they were 100% unprofessional and beyond snotty (would prefer to use more accurate adjectives here, but again those policies).Like another reviewer accurately mentioned, we filled out about 67 pages of paperwork (ridiculous) prior to the appointment. When we called with some questions about the paperwork, they were snotty and short. Waited almost 2 months for the appointment my son desperately needed. On the day of the appointment, while in route, I realized I didn't have my wallet in my possession as I had left it on the kitchen counter. As the wallet contained my insurance information, I politely called ahead to explain the situation - as returning to get the wallet would have made me late for the appointment. To avoid any hassle, I additionally made the proactive step to have my son's pediatrician forward over all the applicable insurance info to this office, as we were well established at the pediatrician. Problem solved, and was told "no problem, come on in" by the Cookingham staff. Great!About 2 minutes from the office I received a call back from Cookingham: "We're not going to see your son today. We're going to refer you to another allergist." "Um...excuse me? What are you talking about? I'm literally 30 seconds from your front door?" "Sorry, here's the number for Dr XYZ."Needless to say I was FUMING mad. Had taken a full day off of work for the appointment (which cost me approx $300 in wages). I arrived at the office and attempted to walk in for an explanation, yet these idiots had literally LOCKED THE DOOR to block me from coming in. Other patients were arriving and also couldn't enter the office. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. And absolutely ridiculous. My best guess is that once our pediatrician faxed over my insurance information while I was in route, they realized I was TriCare (I am retired military) and figured they couldn't make as much money off of us so they balked. As I've gladly continued to spread the bad news about this office, I've heard of more than a few other bad experiences with these snotty a**holes. Apparently word is getting around and I was not the first.I truly hope that someday I meet someone who works in that office, or better yet one of the good doctors themselves...as reciprocating their obnoxious, unprofessional treatment will be very satisfying. Should have sent them a bill for my lost wages. Oh, and way to take care of veterans!
William Stumpe: Couldnt get an appt for 3 weeks, called and gave them my Insurance Carrier prior, got. Sent about 50 pages to fill out prior to my visit. Finally came to the appt. And they told me they couldn't see me without a referral. Said I had the wrong type of Blue Shield, I asked if they could call my PCP for the referral since I am there.."we don't do that". Every other specialist I went to does. On top of that I locked my keys in my car so I still had to wait in their waiting room, which I'm sure they loved. Saw 2 people waiting for appts. Get up and leave. Great service.
George Maceachern: By far the best physician I have ever had. Brilliant and informative about his diagnosis and treatment
Joe D: Saw Dr Beene for my 7yo sons allergy visit. Wonderful place, great people. I can't say enough good things about the staff or the doctor. He did a fantastic job making my little one feel comfortable, joking and explaining everything to him. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended to anyone.
Sandra Anthony: I seen Dr Beene today and was very impressed. He is very thorough and explained how medications work in great detail, better than any doctor has ever done. I highly recommend this clinic!
Gary Peterson: Superior staff, Doctor.
Myron Moyer: Dr. Beene is great, staff is great. They all work tirelessly to take care of your needs.
Linda Ray: Dr Been helped me when no one else could. He's the best
Linda Mclain: Dr Beene is a great understanding doctor. His staff is right on top of what they need to do. I have been going to him for over 5 years. Thank you all.

Allergy & Asthma Center: what do users think?
Seamus Mahoney: There were some less common practices here, but I was treated with complete kindness through my entire experience, and I was even given help paying for some bills I was not insured for, which was awesome .
Kathy Lukes: This guy is totally dismissive and acts like your bothering him. He took a personal call from some guy fixing his car while with my appointment. Unbelievable and run fast to someone else!!!!!!!!!!
MJ VC: I just called for an appointment and told the lady that we need a specialist not a general doctor and she said okay. Then she asked what insurance we had, and I told her it's a Christian Health Sharing Plan, and we would pay our bill with cash and the sharing plan would reimburse us. Without hesitation, she said "we'll our Allergist isn't in today and I don't even know if they will be". "You can see the fill in doctor, a general practitioner." If I said I had BCBS I bet the Allergist would be in.
