Kereen Chambers: I was a member of the Gym for 3 months up until recently. I cancelled my membership and the process was horrible. The customer experience and delivery was awful. I was met with hostility as soon as I entered the facility. I connected with the owner Jennifer to set up an appointment to only be met with the assistance manager Jourden. Who had no idea of what Jennifer and I discussed regarding the cancelation fee amount. After almost 45 minutes of negotiations and hassle it took to resolve Jennifer and Jourden miscommunication, I was able to cancel my membership. The communication and delivery of customer service was poorly executed. I hope that they are able to coordinate better in future.
Jay Po: Very nice facility. I was extremely impressed with the condition of the building, the variety of equipment, and the friendliness of the staff. Vinnie has done a great job growing this place over the past few years.
Tyler Brockway: This place is horrible. The atmosphere is egotistical and everyone thinks their a bodybuilder it's quite hilarious but also annoying. Good luck canceling your membership if you have to move for a job or any reason at all. All they care about is money and will not allow you to cancel for any reason whatsoever. You can find better gyms for half of what they charge here. The staff will also continue to harass you about paying your balance even after you've told them multiple times that you moved and will not be coming back.
Candace Moon-Carlson: Vinnie and all the trainers are very helpful and friendly. They have a wide selection of equipment.
Todd Tomczak: Friendly staff, Great environment for all fitness levels! Make sure to check them out if you’re looking for a new gym.
Jason Burge: Nice new building, all the equipment you need to get into shape, great smoothies.
Kevin Kelly: This is where the big boys come to pick up heavy things and put them back down. Nice setup and still clean as it being a newer gym. Not my regular gym as it’s not in my normal travel route but will return when in the area.

Brendon Silvas: I love THE GYM. I wish they opened up at 5am so I can go in the morning, but I always go on my off days from work! Great place & great atmosphere.

Heather Renee Ramsey: My son River has been training 3-5 dyas a week with Vinnie in the football off season since he turned 13. He will not weight train anywhere else. He is faster, stronger, and disciplined on that field and in all of his other sports. Thank you to Vinnie! Go Creek!
Bob Brewbaker: I recently joined The Gym and have loved it. I was a 25+ year member of Hurley Health and Fitness and tried several other local Fitness Centers. Two key things about joining a gym is showing up and having a helpful staff that truly cares. Vinnie cares about everyone’s success to achieve their goal. Also very important to me are the friendships we all gain working out together. The Gym’s new location is awesome with plenty of lockers and also large showers. If you are looking for a new gym, I highly suggest trying The Gym , whether you are a power lifter or someone trying to stay in shape. The Gym fits all needs to conquer your goals.

Aaron Mckenzie: Went swimming here about a week ago the building was clean I guess the inside was remodel sometime ago outside is still pretty old the swimming pool was pretty nice not enough lighting kind of dark in the swimming pool area it was $15 for me for a one day pass and $12 for my 14 and 16 year old son apiece I have actually been to nicer rec centers that was cheaper I think they need to work on pricing and make it more affordable for everyone and the place is not even that nice
Storm Abrams: Didn't know how to sign me up as a member. Even when speaking to insurance company. Management left early, problem couldn't taking care of.
Lorelei DuBois: The one in Downtown Flint is actually my preference, BUT . .the AC is non existent! I was wanting to spend a half hour on the (as it turns out, ancient) NuStep but it has to be 85 degrees in the little equipment room. Next time I went to the facility on Pierson road. MUCH cooler, and a HUGE workout room but again, NuStep was from 1950 ( or so . .). They are ridiculously expensive and I'm used to one built around 2019 . Not gonna extend my membership indefinitely me thinks!
