Worker told me a game was broken because I kept winning and he taped it off so no one could play it because we were winning tickets and he had to put more tickets in it. But just recently they increased the tickets for bounce house to 12 from 10 , why..... but wait there's more... the lady next me as I put on my nephew shies, screamed at her child saying it costed me 10 for you to play don't waste my money.... hold up.. you paid 10 after I just paid 12...umm yeah I don't like yall no more

Let alone the price for a child's birthday party is outrageous when said activities are not promised. Also a lot of broken arcade games, and only two staff watching the entire place.

Rebecca Nash: I'm going to give five stars because we have had two birthday parties here and had a great time and the staff is always wonderful with us, BUT that said we are definitely going less often due to the price change. It used to be $10 for an all-day bounce which was a great deal and I could give my kids a fun day for only $20. Now they are charging $10 for downstairs and $10 for upstairs. We have no interest in anything upstairs besides the couple of big bounce houses, but we're not going to pay double to use just those. I'm just posting because we used to go once a month and would like to start doing that again but aren't going to unless prices go back to what they were. I have several mom friends that say the same. I mean the price basically just doubled for those with young kids that are only there to bounce.

grayson: Came Last Weekend, its $10 to jump on several bouncy houses, it was pretty clean, and staff was friendly. its a good deal for sure, just wish the prizes were cheaper. But definitely recommend this place!

Happy Father: This place is great for when you have kids that need to burn off that extra energy.., they have upstairs & downstairs bounce houses, video games, ticket prices, snacks, glow golf & a few other things. Great staff, polite & very helpful, especially when you have a lot of kids. Lol

Now it did appear they were shorthanded with the workers. But there workers didn't care or even seem remotely alert. Place was a mess and the upstairs area looked like a crack house.

gary ballard: I’ve been coming to this place for years except when they were closed for Covid. Was there last weekend. The staff and people working are friendly. It’s pretty reasonably priced. And the kids really enjoy it. The place is huge.

All of the staff was so friendly and professional. The kids had a blast jumping and the birthday room was so convenient. Big thanks to the party manager and the young lady the worked our party.

A water refill station or something better than a $3 16.7 Oz bottle of water would be nice. All in all everyone had fun and that's what it comes down to at the end of the day.

david layne: I was utterly impressed with the size and cleanliness of the facility. The amount of play structures available was also phenomenal never a bored moment for my child. The staff was also impressive kind, courteous , and compassionate. My family and I are looking forward to our next visit.

Acelia Spencer: I do not recommend booking a party here. I paid for the MEGA PARTY package. They didn’t bring us our water bottles with the return passes for the guests. We never received ANY two liters with our pizzas. The workers make it known it’s an inconvenience to them for them to have to do their job. There was ONE worker there who had a smile on her face and didn’t make a huge deal when I asked her to get our ice cream. Everyone else was beyond rude. My party ended at 4:00. The party before that ended at 2. They weren’t out of their room until 2:20. We were all packed and ready to go, I was getting ready to take one last picture of my daughter by her streamers and the lady came in and ripped them right down on her. I looked at the time and it was 3:58. So completely uncalled for. My daughter went from happy to sad so quick. I will NEVER be back here and will tell everyone I know to never book this place for a party.

Kelly Schultz: This was the perfect place for my toddlers birthday party! The staff made everything super easy and no stress. They took care of the food, put up my decorations and set up the tables. The play area was fun, clean and safe for the littles. When it was done they boxed up leftovers, packed up our decorations and cleaned up. They were also great with communication and quickly responded to all my questions. They are all very kind, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I love that the space is just big enough to always be able to have your eyes on your child no matter where you are in the room. The employees were so nice and amazing. They came in a cleaned up probably every 30 or so minutes. The food and smoothies were very good. $15 for two hours was so worth it. It’s always nice to get out of the house and be in a new surrounding.

Julian Brown: Will not be returning, automatically charged 10 percent of an over 200 dollar party for an automatic top for the hostess that was there so little she made my wife who had a broken foot have to keep walking up to the service counter to order food and drink and everything else. Then upon noticed being charged an automatic tip they said it's because people don't tip.... Obviously nobody going to tip when their hostess is never there. They do not honor what you are told by the recording or by what the person who answered the phone said about the birthday party packages. The whole place is a rip off in of itself and the customer service is very bad. The only redeeming factor is BOGO pizza but even that was meh at best. Very disappointed as it is nothing like what it used to be when I was a child. Very downhill, very cheap, very shady

Heather Markey: Birthday party packages are not worth the money. You are only paying for a personal hostess (that is never at your table) you are automatically charged a tip for the hostess that is supposed to personally be for your table. And they aren't as they only have one hostess and multiple parties. They no longer use tokens so their recording of how much your getting isn't true and they will not honor it. You only actually get 6 dollars of play for the birthday kid and .50 of play for the 12 other kids you bring

Scooby DoobyDoo: I suggest that everyone check their receipt after purchasing a meal at this place. I have been there twice in 2023 (once in January and now once in March) with my grandchildren. Both times I was charged a 15% sales tax on a pizza and soda. In January, they acted like it was a computer error and refunded the 9% difference. However, when I went there in March, I noticed the receipt immediately after remembering what happened in January and requested the over charge be refunded. I was told by the girl that worked there (after speaking to another employee) that other people have recently questioned this and the employees were told to tell the customers that there was nothing that they could do about it. They also charge additional fees if you use a credit card. What is wrong about this is you may not be told. How horrible can the owner of this establishment be to charge parents an additional 9% on top of all of the money they are dishing out for their games and overpriced food?

Pizza was good surprisingly and love the options we had. My first time throwing a Birthday party out of the home and it was worth it. To not have to set up, major clean (we did pick up), or cook, it's definitely worth the price! Thank you for helping me make memories for my littles!!
