Modica Reign: I can not put into words how gratifying my experience was working with Sedgewick & Ferweda Architects. It was my first time dealing with commercial property and the first architect I spoke with left me with an enormous quote and an uneasy feeling about zoning and all the rules that go into operating a business in Flint almost steering me not to do it. Thankfully after speaking with a couple more architects I reached Brianna at Segewick and Ferweda and she broke everything down for me on our first phone call and has been there every step of the way. Their price was great, and their knowledge of Flint zoning and compliance rules, as well as their professionalism, is superb. We received appropriate help and counsel regarding the selection of contractors from Jeff. He also helped with gaining the required approval of our Home Owners Association and acquiring the necessary permits.
