Guitar Center: what do users think?
JUSTIN SCANLON: A good place for gear. I was well taken care of here during my last visit. Good accessories. Acoustic room was quiet.
Steven Fuller: Always enjoy it, never obtrusive.
S.D Fragoso: Peepee
Len T: Best selection and lowest prices.
Scott Smith: With my busy schedule it’s nice to know I can bring in my acoustic for a string change that will be done with precision and timeliness. The repairs specialist, Josh, is extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just great to work with. I’ll never go anywhere else 🏆
Jordan Karkutt: Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly
Brianne Boles: Very helpful and kind to my lil' 5 year old musician.
Samurai Luna: They know theyre stuff. Its a good place.
c s: Very helpful customer service. Inventory of special items is limited. Basic items mostly. Had to goto sweetwater for most of what I needed.
FatT ZakK: Love taking the boys to go play drums here! Thanks for putting up with our loud noises all the time y'all!! We appreciate you more than you think
Joseph “Crazy Ghost” Forsse: Love to go and annoy the drum sales people...you can go in and show off your percussion skills to ur girlie( if ya gots one) or jus go and pretend you know what ur doin ...it's all fun...prices are steeeeeep and guitars are super nice but pricey.....not sure what lessons run....I'd like to teach a drum class for beginners there....hmmmm
Niecee M-L: Always helpfull staff, always kind, understanding and generally appear to really love what they do. The guys here never let me down and always help finding what we need.
Diane Woodruff: Always knowledge staff to great us. They talk time to talk with my 12 year old, I like that.
Randall Bell: These guys always have what I'm looking for and at far better prices , and it's good to have experienced help to assist you as well , a drive for me but always seems to save on trips
Michael Woodworth: Good selection, ok prices, had to wait almost 15 minutes, standing there waiting for someone to cash me out.
A F: Great staff!
Jen Martin: Friendly staff, Multiple brands of instruments to choose from 🎸 🥁 🛢 🎷 🎺 📯
Christian Jedlowski: My previous experience at Guitar Center was purchasing a pair of headphones. Got them home and they stunk (literally, they smelled bad) and had one of the drivers already going out. Ended up with some other persons return, repackaged, I am guessing.Today (Friday, 10/28/2022 @ 3:30pm) I got off of work and went to their store on Miller Rd., Flint, MI. I was looking for a new Piano. A manager was talking with an employee about moving inventory or something. The store was fairly empty. I am not greeted, asked if I needed help, or acknowledged in any way by any employee. They both disappeared from the section in fact, with zero interaction. I got fed up and left their store. The guy at the counter near the exit did not say goodbye or acknowledge me either. Just stood by idly. Now, I have come to expect this lack of service from the Flint area. It's Flint after all. However... I also remember service such as this and thank the heavens for online shopping. My next $1,000.00+ purchase will be from Sweetwater, and I do not plan on ever setting foot in Guitar Center ever again.
my name is jeff entertainment: I have been going to this place since I started drumming at 3, it's been about 12 years and it still rocks just as it did when i came the first time! This is my favorite store to shop it, in the world! 🤘
Brian Handyside: This Guitar Center Store has a Great Staff of workers. Friendly, Knowledgeable, helpful. Even when they are extremely busy.
Marie P: Courteous and helpful 🎸

Wind Works: what do users think?
Tori Wright: Very helpful, personable service.
Martin wright: Very knowledgeable and fixed our instrument
Angela Royster: Very polite and professional would definitely go back.
Travis Showalter: Music
Gary Estep: The worst don't go got my daughters flute fixed there every 2 weeks something else is wrong
jeremy gatica: Went in to inquire on some parts, cleaning etc. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Jay Wagoner: Great Place! I needed some repair on a trumpet. They were friendly knowledgeable and honest.
Sxratched Studios: Very friendly and knowledgeable! Always had an answer to a question. Currently renting an instrument from here and they have a great payment plan! Love this store and will always come here.
Zac Guthrie: Lovely people. They really take pride in the care of all instruments. Would recommend to anyone looking for refurbishing, purchasing, renting instruments. I got my clarinet refurbished recently and it looks and plays wonderfully. Definitely coming here for all things music.
Kathy Parrish: Love it
Tiffany Hooker: Whatever you need, they can get.
Lisa Jolly: They had everything we needed to start playing a saxophone. And my son is taking lessons there. They are so helpful with all of our questions.
Gregory Wright: I've known Luke since 1984, and he's been honest and knowledgeable since before. My high school band director was learning instrument repair from him, and that saved me quite a bit of money. Luke taught this even though it was a business-reducing "shoot myself in the foot" move, probably so he could do more serious work, like to refinish my 1937 Selmer Balanced Action professional alto saxophone; he did a great job.
Larry Jean: Nice people family business they both teach music husband an wife
Autumn Lucier: This is a great place. The owners treat me and my sons like family. Have refered a couple friends with band kids here also.
Jennifer Makowski: Excellent customer service
Lorelei DuBois: Spousling went to school with the propriter. We needed an assessment on a silver trumpet. Turns out it's worth keeping! Yay!
Ground Control: As a seasoned musician, I have certainly seen my share of decent and even fine repairs. However, I can easily say that the quality of their craftsmanship is nothing short of impeccable. They are sort of in a class all by themselves, especially for this region of the state (or state as a whole).
Melissa Russell: Super helpful and pleasant
Alan Maus: The man and his wife that own the shop are so friendly. They will definitely be upfront and honest about what your options are and let you make a choice based off thier recommendation.
Marla Vaughan: The staff is amazingly helpful, very small establishment.
