Tiffany Marra: RetroFoam sprayed closed cell insulation into the rim joists of my basement and into a small storage area under a stairwell and platform. Crew 9 (Hunter, Casey, and Matt) were very professional, efficient and nice. They went above and beyond to ensure every gap was sealed, including climbing into a very tight space to help recover old insulation so that their seal would be complete. The did a good job putting up plastic before starting and cleaned up when the job was complete. Great experience overall that started with Clayton, who provided a free estimate and the office to reschedule. While many websites said closed cell foam would be smelly, it really isn't that bad even after the job was just finished. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company!
