Kayla’Kay J.: Office is EXTREMELY slow. You come 10-15 minutes before your appointment and you still wait an hour or longer. The Physician’s themselves are really good and caring but the front desk is stuck-up and act as if they making $20-$25 an hour but that’s to be expected at a Medicaid office. They don’t care about us because the insurance companies don’t either. I can’t wait till I get enough time to really sit down and find another Dr. office in a different location.
Filipina w: If i could rate a zero star i will. Do NOT go here. Doctor is busy talking on the phone. I spent 1 hour in the room. And they didn't do a thing but they just talked to me for 2 mins. And they sent me home.And they said they're gonna charge my health insurance.. for what? For doing nothing?! So odd.. so if i were you,.. just go somewhere.. saves TIME & MONEY.

D' Andre Jackson: Been with Dr. Arif for quite a while they have made great improvements over the years with adding technology and becoming more efficient resulting in shorter wait times. They have a great staff that seems to want to be in the community and not here just because have to be. Rasha and Kashundra always make my day when I'm there and dont forget OG Cheryl up front she dont play with those copays....lol DKJ.

Uncle Emmitt's Story Time: Pandemic over for some time now and patients must wait in packing lot. I took my wife there two weeks ago the Doctor did not even examine her. I was told to take my wife to an after hours clinic. What kinds of Dr. Refuses to see patients and sends them to after hours clinic in the middle of the day during regular office hours. Horrible treatment by this Doctor
Chris Johnesee: I had been seeing Kari, the PA here, when she was at a different facility. When I found that she had moved here I decided to change facilities and see her again. It was incredible It's a smaller office more personalized and the service was phenomenal.

Lori Franks: You won't find a better Dr. or practitioner. They care about their patients and go above and beyond despite the challenges the medical field faces. We've never had a issue with complex medical needs. Dr Smith and staff is top notch.
Christine Bilkos: I have been trying to get in as a new patient. I've waited 3 weeks to hear back. I just called 4/19/23 to check the status. The receptionist was rude and told me I needed to find a different provider and hung up! Wow....great customer service...These is no disrespect to Dr.Smith. I heard she is amazing. You just have to get past the rude office...
Jessica Woodyard: Don't waste your time with this place. They welcome new clients and want to book book 6 months out after taking forever to even "approve" to add you as a new client. They have ridiculous procedures in place that aren't at any other doctors offices and a few of the staff members are rude as all get out. Go somewhere else where you'll get better service

Danielle Vaughn: I cannot say enough good things about Maria Smith and Christine Robinson. I have been coming here for years and I have recommended them to countless people. Maria Smith has a calming bedside manor and sits down and listens to your every concern. I am a RN at a local hospital, so I have seen first hand how much she cares for her patients. She is one of the only physicians that will call just to check in and see how her patients are doing. She also remembers her patients very well. Lately i have been seeing Christine Robinson, and she is just as wonderful! She also will sit down with you and listen to any concern you have with a friendly and positive attitude. I never have to wait forever in the waiting room like I have with other doctors offices. When calling in for a prescription refill, it always gets done promptly. The rest of the medical team here is very friendly as well! I highly recommend this office and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Levi Walker: Never will I ever refer someone here I called a little over 3 weeks ago to set a appointment up for a new pcp and I call today on 12/27/2021 for them to tell me I won’t be able to get in for 4 months it’s sad that we can’t put out trust in heath care anymore and it makes me sick never once did they call me and tell me this I’m just glad I don’t have anything medically demanding wrong with me because I’d be pretty much left to die
Caitlin Poffenbarger: I would give this office 0/5 stars if I could. First of all, they make you answer a "questionnaire" that the office manager has to approve before you can even schedule an appointment. I waited almost a whole month before I got fed up with waiting and started calling them. It took me calling 3 times in less than a week to get them to tell me if i could schedule an appointment. When I did show up for my appointment, they told me they could not see me because I didn't have my secondary insurance card for medicaid because I was never sent it and have been trying to get one for over 2 months even though I did have the numbers the needed from the card. The office staff put me into a panic attack with how they treated me. I didn't even get a chance to see the doctor or NP, though they did tell me that all medicaid patients only see the NP and not the doctor. They treat their medicaid patients as second class citizens and are more worried about money than actually doing their jobs. I told the office coordinator I need to be called by the office manager since I still had yet to hear from him and when he did call, he was extremely rude and condescending. He told me they were too busy to call people back and he made it very clear that this is a business first and that the patients were not the #1 priority. I was told by the office manager, office coordinator, and receptionist to go find another doctor at least 2 or 3 times from each of them. I seriously would not recommend any new patients going here, especially if you have medicaid.
Marcia Cole: Dr. Smith listens, is pro-active and as careful with your life as you are--sometimes more so. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Smith. She puts in the time and the attention needed to see through any health concern. Another medical practitioner said, when I told her who my GP was, "Oh, she is a lighthouse!!" Dr. Smith address concerns from a range of perspectives that include common sense, Rx, and testing. Dr. Smith has impressed me with her memory of me as an individual. Coming from out of state where medical schools, specialists and teaching hospitals were the norm, I rate Dr. Smith among the best I have had the luck to meet.
R.B. Smitty: Dr. Smith has been our doctor for years now. She is always very thorough and takes time to explain and explore all medical options with patients. The nurse practitioner as well as the whole office staff are very professional and helpful as well.
Bilal Nasir: I'm a physician myself and chose Dr Smith as my PCP due her exceptional professionalism, dedication and passion toward medicine and her patients. She goes above and beyond to help her patient which is exceptional despite her busy practice! Will definitely recommend
Elizabeth Risner: She started off as a great doctor for many years. Suddenly, she is choosing to be a “concierge” doctor meaning, to be her patient, you have to pay a member fee of $1,500.00 per year, per patient to receive care that you were either already receiving or should be receiving. Along with already paying expensive insurance premiums and deductibles. When Questioning the office manager for more information to further understand this concept, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending—he then he begged me not to report him. Such a disappointment in a healthcare facility. What about the elderly patients on a fixed income? Feels very unethical!!

jenskillufc: Patient for upwards of 15 years, staff and Dr have always been able to help with any issues, and also willing to help find and get appts for referrals etc. No 2 hour after appt time waits, no month or more waits to get in for sicknesses. She and they, care. I've had different insurance providers, some they had to go to bat for me to be able to accept. I appreciate them and their services. In house Quest lab makes things easier and they listen, offer options, work with you on which is best.Also, as someone without children, I appreciate the internist designation, as no loud, sick children in the waiting room. She specializes in adults, which for me, is a plus.

His physician's assistant is good, the staff is great at follow up, the doctor is a misogynistic relic who has no idea how to treat women's health or neurodiversity. Charles Brown: I was seeing dr hak. And he and staff ended up horrible. They wouldn't return calls on med problems . And not do paperwork. I go in person to get some answers and the lady at front desk would say that management wasn't in for my complaint or concerns. Then when I called it would not go to a recording or person but hang up .So i used my sons phone right after and they answered, he never told me he wasn't going to treat me. So I left.

gayle reardon: Dr Hak has been my physician for almost 20 years and I honestly could not imagine seeing another doctor. He takes the time to listen to me no matter how busy his office may be I never feel like I am being rushed out of there. He truly cares about all his patients but has the ability to make you feel like your his only patient of the day when you have a appointment. His staff is beyond compare. Heidi Veach: Dr Hak and his staff have been a God sent for me. Dr Hak was assigned as my PCP by my insurance and the first time I met him was while I was hospitalized from a brain aneurysm surgery. He was there every morning for 53 days I was there and the voice I needed to get the best care. He and his staff have been on top of my case for over a year now. All my medical needs are a priority to him and his staff and I'm very thankful to have such an amazing physician on my side.
Jon Knightbell: This is a horrible doctor. He turned my dad away after four years of him being on a high dose of pain medication without giving him any time to get a new PCP. My dad had extremely bad withdrawals which put him in the hospital. While in the hospital this doctor said that he wanted nothing to do with him and sent him on his way. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone ever.
