Kim Reprogel: Mike and his shop are so amazing! 600 miles in to an 800 mile trip we lost the hub and wheel assembly off our boat trailer around midnight off of 23. We were able to get towed near a trailer supply house and waited until they open the next morning. They suggested we go to Mike to get the new axle modified and they also indicated Mike had a 2-day wait at that point. We went down to Mike's and told him what happened he said give him an hour. We were so surprised and so happy at the same time. Luckily my husband is Handy and was able to make the repairs with the parts that Mike did his magic on within the time promised. We were back on the road by 11 a.m. . We can't express enough what excellent customer service and workmanship Mike did.
