Sushi Land: what do users think?
Jules Jules: Food poisoned
Richard Shaw: Used to be a good restaurant
Brea Glenn (mssweet7): The sushi was fresh and delicious. I wish they allowed dine in service instead of just take out, but I would definitely order from here again.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: No Curbside pickup: No …More
Brandon B: Absolutely amazing sushi!
Israel Conerly: It is takeout only, website ordering is PREFERRED but they do have a menu when you walk inAlways fresh, sizing is 4/5 depends what you get but awesome choices so I try to get something new everytime. The owner is super sweet of a man, please keep supporting this place! I can't wait until it fully opens again, the inside is very much a great outing to be.
Lewis Family Athletics: Oh My GOODNESS! The best sushi by far. We are sushi lovers and have been driving to Maru Sushi in East Lansing. This place is as good if not better. We had the Dragon Roll, the Tempura Shrimp Roll and the California Roll. Very fresh. We don't go out to eat often but we had to visit two days in a row because of the quality. Highly recommend.
curtis kelly: Very expensive for very small rolls. Cost me $38.00 for 3 rolls the size of a popsicle. And most of rolls no sushi. Cooked or smoked.
Steven Causley: Great online takeout
A: First sushi place we ever went to and it was amazing. This place made us fall in love with sushi. Great dishes, great service. Highly recommend. Can’t wait until dine in service is available again
Jennifer Pavlovich: My sister and I really liked this place. We are always trying new sushi restaurants and this has been one of our favorites. Great service, great menu, not too pricey.
Heather Grice: The best most fresh sushi in the state!!!
Samantha McAllister: I know sushi is expensive, but for $60 I feel like we should be getting decent sized rolls. They were small & okay. Also way over sauced
Nathan Rinzema: Great friendly fast service!
Amy H: We LOVE their sushi! Get the Michigan roll and Lobster tempura. Extremely kind staff and easy online ordering, always prompt with time. Big fans!
David Jackson: Always fresh...
Sam Peters: Me and my wife love the California Rolls
Mark Beasley: Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Went to another spot for my birthday and was so disappointed. Left and came to Sushi Land and they flat out know how to make fresh good tasting sushi! Thanks guys for an amazing experience!
Brandon D. Barnes: Great service and friendly people.
morbid soaps: The restaurant is basically a shack filled with fake orchids, scratched up tables and chairs. They keep dilapidated furniture in the public restrooms for that raunchy feel. Unfortunately the sushi is much like the ambiance. Dry rice, bland wasabi, over sauced rolls, the whole thing is a mess. Take the drive to sushi zen in Brighton. I promise you it’s a better experience.
Shauna Quick: Wow! Ordering online and picking it up was a breeze! Loved the several menu options and the sushi was packaged beautifully for my 15 minute car ride home. Tasted phenomenal!
POG: Very polite staff. The sushi was surprisingly good. Dragon lava and sushiland roll were great. If you're looking like a recommendation.

Monique Boylston: Recommended dishes Korean BBQ ChickenMore
Caitlin Darfler: That beef yakisoba tho 🌶 🤤Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Patrick Scanlon: I got the ginger chicken poke bowl and it was simply inedible. The very small portion of chicken/onions was burnt because the owner came in and was talking to the cook while he was supposed to be preparing the meal. There was little to no seasoning and was served with an unnecessary amount of white rice that was rock hard. Very disappointing. I will not be back.
Cyberpunk Eddiegordozen: Vary bad they got rock in there rice chipped one of my teeth eating here would not recommend
Rachel Lutz: The seafood ramen was outstanding! Had a nice mix of quality ingredients. And the woman working the counter was handling the long line expertly, with grace, speed, and humor.
kimberlee Parks: Husband was so excited for a authentic ramen place. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Egg was burnt and over all not a good bowl.
Bernie “Kataztrophe” Mayville: Absolutely delicious! 🔥
DeAsia Bingham: I ordered the seafood ramen and it was honestly the most bland thing I've ever tasted. The wait time was also annoying. I ordered ramen but I got what seemed like at home ramen noodles in tap water (no seasoning) for a grand total of about 14 dollars. Do not waste your time on food you won't be able to enjoy.
Ariel Johnson: My last few experiences here have been quite disappointing that I needed to write this review to be honest. Aside from the fact that they run out of most food items well before 2:30pm, my meal today was absolutely inedible. I ordered the chicken fried rice, in which I’ve had in the past and was edible previously. Today the rice was hard, crunchy, and burnt. There was an excessive amount of ginger placed into the meal without any other flavors. Barely any soy sauce, and they did not even have the decency to chop up the chicken. Just two large chunks slapped on top of undercooked rice that was more than likely left over burnt rice from the bottom of the skillet, that my jaw now needs to recover from. So disappointing. Aside from todays meal, if you truly love sushi, this IS NOT the place for you. It is overpriced and the pieces are cut so THICK you need a fork and knife to even attempt to eat it. Unfortunately, I am completely done spending my money here for mediocre (at best) overpriced meals.
tracy barnes: I have had tons of ramen and let me say this was possibly the most disgusting version of ramen I have ever had. It was bland no flavor with a fried egg?? I asked for the 2 poached eggs that were advertised. It was not edible I threw the whole bowl away. Never again
Ryan Lo'Ree: Fresh sushi. I had the spicy tuna roll and it was amazing. The whole thing is a flavor pop for your palette. You also get to enjoy the Flint Farmers Market atmosphere. So welcoming and we got to enjoy some jazz music put on my University of Michigan Flint students.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes …More
Josh Linn: Usually great but something has happened since covid. Just had an awful meal (bbq Korean bowl and fried rice) these have shrunk in size. The beef was chewy grisly and cold. Awful meal for 16 dollars. Literally about 4 chunks of beef. I don’t know if I’ll ever return. Disappointing because this was a great place.
triflind: For those that dont know any better.
Lisha C: The woman was really nice at the counter, honest about how long it would take and so I spent my time walking around. She was wonderful! The food was very disappointing. I got Korean BBQ; Poorly made, thick slabs of meat; tough to chew, I ended up just throwing it away- and I barely got enough white rice with my food. Overpriced for what I got. Will not be returning because the cost vs quality.
Marco Gutierrez: Inauthentic, bad, and overpriced
Sarah Weiss: Ramen was delicious!
VonRoyce Hardy: Best food EVER!!!
Breanna Allen: If you like sushi and good service this is not the place for you. This was the second time I got sushi here after the first experience was not great ( my tempura roll was an atrocity) and it was not a great experience all around the second time. I asked for a side of eel sauce with my boyfriend and I’s meal and was told they were too busy after she continued to tell us our total which was 30$. I really feel like asking for a side of sauce with a 30$ meal is not a lot to ask. I was then handed a small side of eel sauce and guilt tripped about how the dish washer had to get it and it was usually a dollar, which I was willing to pay but was told they couldn’t get it originally. The sushi is very sloppy. Not rolled tightly and impossible to eat as it is cut way too big. The taste is mediocre as the crab salad is seasoned way too much. My boyfriends poke bowl had a gigantic chunk of cream cheese it was not great. As a frequent person at the market there is far better food you can get for even less money.
Skirtchaser: Kroger has better sushi....
Michelle Knotts: They have the best chicken fried rice
Tess Rider: 20 minute wait for the food, but totally worth it!
