Tri County Equipment: what do users think?
Jim USN ET1 Ret.: I am not from the area. My mom's tractor had an issue and drove over to Tri County for some parts. Mike, AL and Tina were a great help.Special thank you to Blake in service for walking thru and helping rebuild my mom's Carburetor.I would definitely tell people to do buisness here. Great service is rare these days, and Tri County Equipment has nailed it.
julie carroll: Very nice folks. My first visit there. Will be back to buy a riding lawn mower soon
Robert Howard: Had what I needed for my mower.
Angela Mathes: Very friendly and very helpful. The customer service at the counter was great! I brought in the part along with my model number for my John Deere tractor and he actually looked it up and found the part. He then had me look to make sure that that's where it had came from confirmed it. Sadly, he had to order it because nobody in the tri-state area had it. I'll see you in 3 to 4 days, but at least he knew what it was and was willing to help.
Mark Lemonds: Parts Department very helpful, and appreciate them taking the time to help.
Charles: Thanks again Al and Tina for the wonderful service and time you give all the time!!! Keep that great energy!
Tyler Myers: Friendly people with a knowledgeable staff!

Tri County Equipment: what do users think?
J Voyt: Tri County Equipment in Fenton is a responsive well run organization. Zach in sales and Emily at the counter are super stars - they both are always well informed and knowledgeable about product and part details. I've worked with all the Deere stores across Michigan between the Flint and Grand Rapids areas, and Tri County Fenton is the leader in sales, parts, and service support. They are the only Deere store I buy and service my equipment at during the past 2 years.
Augusta Lawn Care of Fenton: Zach is the best sales manager!
Dok: Got service done on my lawn mower a few months back havent used the mower but 2 times since the repair the technician incorrectly welded my idler pulley stud to the deck and caused me to waste at least $120 in belts trying to figure out why it hasn’t been working do not come here for anything more then parts to install yourself whoever rushed through working on my mower deck should be fired
Heather Kelsey- Zumbrunnen: Love this place.
Adam Culp: I Was in the market for a tractor not sure if I wanted used or new contacted tri county in Fenton talk too salesman Zach, and he helped me with pros and cons of a new tractor and a used one I went with a new 3043d. Zach did a great job he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, I went too get financing at my bank they had unreasonable interest rates and I was ready too give up, I called Zach he said come on down and let me see what I can do, he got me 0% interest for 60 months through john deere financial I was shocked with amazement,Thank you Zach for your hard work and getting the tractor and all my implements delivered in a great time, looking for a new tractor or equipment tri county in Fenton is the way too go.
Victoria Messer: Purchased 1025R and several attachments with the help of Zack from sales. The experience has been very positive and the small issues we had at the beginning with the tractor were very quickly and professionally handled. They are very good at answering questions and returning calls. Very professional as well as feeling personal at the same time.
Derrick Faulkner: They sold me the wrong size deck belt and got an attitude when I brought it back saying it's the only size that they had well they were wrong. It goes by centimeters. Not just inches.
Jason Charchan: I could not be happier with the sales and service team at Tri-County Equipment in Fenton. Zach was great to work with and was always fast to respond to my many questions / inquires. He went above and beyond to ensure you had a 100% satisfied customer. Thank you!
Todd: These guys get it done for you. They can take a complex situation, simplify, and streamline it, and get you setup how you need to be, all with a friendly helpful attitude. This dealership was one of my determining factors in changing machinery brands.
Dale Brooks: Best john deer parts near by
Kc Bridges: Slow labor
Eric DeLanoy: Zach Throop at Tri County was great to work with. We completed the whole deal over email. He answered every single question I had. He even emailed me pics of the tractor, all the specs of every attachment I was interested in. He spent hours working with me even before I committed to the purchase.
jim goike: Needed repairs on a John Deere 240 they came and picked up the tractor in a very timely fashion the repairs were done right away they delivered the tractor back to me everything they did was Exceptional the service department is very well ran I would highly recommend
Doug Fairbanks: Honest knowledgeable shop. Tractor is running so much better now. Thanks!
Christian Jensen: Throughout my my experience here at Tri county equipment the customer service has been second to none. When your in the market for equipment this caliber the quality of the product is a given, what’s not always is customer service. I felt like I wasn’t talking to a salesman but a real person to help you make the right choice and not try to up-sell you on every bell and whistle available. My salesman Dillon fits this narrative, In today’s world this is hard to find, If you’re disappointed after visiting here it’s on you!!!
John Apperson: They always have the john deere parts I've ever needed / and fast next day if not stocked / sorry but only 4 star rating from me because personal didn't have 100 percent cooperation on masking up for others safety
Corey Duey: The customer service for parts ordering and progress check-in has been atrocious.
Shannon S: Had a great experience buying a (barely) used JD Gator. They made it a very simple transaction, answered all my questions, never pushed me to buy anything i didn't want AND gave me a great deal!. Easiest purchase i ever made. The selection was great! Thank you Dillon for all your help! It was a pleasure to work with you! I will return for all my JD needs!!
Theresa Justice: Great service always gets my tractor parts correct.
June Davies: Always working with ya

Hutson, Inc.: what do users think?
Amanda Evans: So far everything has been great. Very nice and friendly staff
Robert Hathon: Always a smile and willing to help you get what you need. Stihl, john deere dealer.
guy salander: Very helpful and knowledgeable about Steele chainsaws
Eric Maclaughlin: I just wanted to buy a chain saw blade. Two people were working the parts counter. The one on the left was working on a sale. The one on the right finished his sale then settled into a show and tell session with the customer. They both leaned onto the counter and started to b s.I just left and ordered my saw blade on line. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going out of business.I went to the Hutsons close to my home and left without buying anything. I plan to buy more equipment but I think I need to find somewhere else to spend my money.I don’t have the time or energy to deal with extremely poor customer service.
Nihad Redzic: Delivered tractor oil and grease here,Great place, friendly people and quick unloadingWhat else do you needThank you
Todd Fry: Friendly & knowledgeable staff
Complete Golf: Horrible customer service. I stopped in to ask about getting my lawn tractor repaired. The girl at the customer service/repair desk was so incredibly condescending that I went home and researched how to repair the tractor myself. I will not be returning there anytime soon. BTW, I made the repairs myself and the tractor runs great. If your tractor needs repairs, do a Google search on your tractor’s symptoms before you take it to D&G Equipment. It is very likely you can fix it yourself by ordering repair parts from the internet. When it comes time for me to buy a new lawn tractor, I will not be considering D & G. “Nothing ruins like a Deere”. I’m choosing to run from the Deere!Update: I took the owners suggestion and returned to D&G a year later to look at a zero turn mower. The salesman was indifferent to my being there and I felt very rushed to make a purchase decision. I bought a commercial grade Cub Cadet zero turn from a different place. I still did not choose a Deere. My recommendation to avoid D&G still stands.
Tim “TLPAPA25” LeCureux: John Deere parts are expensive
Kim Zuidema: toys that make noise
Douglas Mason: Very friendly staff made me feel right at home. Clean and well-lit sales floor and surprisingly decent prices considering the high-end products available. Definitely coming back.
Steve Zambrowski: Jd in parts, in Williamstown is awesome
Jim Weber: I bought a leaf blower. They had it all set up and ready to go. No box or packing material to deal with. I left with blower, charger and the manual. They also registered it with stihl for me.
Robin Shurlow: Great service for parts .... Shipped in next day for other store....
Elizabeth Hetych: They helped me get a new tire for an old tractor
Don Hawkins: They were very professional and very courteous and very helpful and they did a really good job making sure everything worked good on my tractor before I got it back very happy and very satisfied
Bobbie Toma: Dropped off tractor for maintenance, the staff was very friendly and helpful!!
Edward Henley: Clean place. Friendly employees. A company that gives back
Sand D: Disappointed they are closed on Saturdays. So much for helping those who work all week to have an option to get parts on the weekend. Arrggghhh!!
Erik Randall: Great service
Jeff Davis: You are going to pay good money here; on just about anything! But hey folks quality costs, and I have always left D&G satisfied.

Grand Blanc Tractor Sales Inc: what do users think?
Victoria Martin: SUPER RUDE!!!
Kenneth Peverelle: I went there to get a few parts for my 1949 Case SC . I not only found the few things I went after. I asked about a few other things and too my suprise he not only had them the prices were very reasonable. Other places wanted twice the price or more. Be prepared to spend some time and Look around
John Collins: Lots of used tractor parts.Mike and Frank would love it.Call for appointment.
Joe Geru: Let me first start out by saying this man is verydishonest......I called him looking for a cylinder head for my John Deere 420.......His reply to me was I have one ,ready to go back on the tractor....I in turn purchased it ,and took it to a machine shop to get it checked out b 4 I installed it.....After getting it checked out, to find out it was notready to install as told by Mr. Steiner......Above the cost that I paid for the head it was going to cost me additional 250.00 for New valves for this head that was ready to bolt right on........People B E W A R E of this individual
Brian Ernst: Crazy stuff...mostly over priced...
Jason Murphy: Called him this morning...went directly to his cellphone....he was on vacation in Texas....told me exactly where to get the parts for my tractor
Sally Boyne: Expensive
Finley Molina: This place has so many parts for your tractor and Dave is a really good man. Support local business.
Adriana Thompson: Super rude salespeople. Never giving them business!
Jodie M: Called to see if they had certain tractor parts and both sales people I spoke to were super abrupt, very rude and very condescending to me on the phone. They won’t be getting my business!!
Jack Hitt: Cool place to visit, it's like going to a tractor show.

Tri County Equipment: what do users think?
jason j: Always have my parts
Beckie Bates: Just stopped to pick up parts order. Staff was helpful
Adam Drake: Got what I needed, looking forward to getting more equipment here and servicing equipment that needs work.
William McChesney: Always great to deal with these guys. Very friendly.
Ken Webber: Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very satisfied.
Bully Dog: Help you out as best they can
MIchael Barden: I bought a 2022 Gator. The service is fantastic. I bought the Gator primarily for my wife to use for gardening. Then I thought would modify it a little for deer hunting and managing food plots for deer. I added a winch, automatic dump, a rear hitch and tail lights. Arron in service was very receptive to our needs. He set a time line when parts would be in, gave me a quote in a timely manner. Tri-County picked up the Gator from my home and delivered it back in 2 days. Red their tech. explained and demonstrated how to operate the new items. Buying my Gator from the Tri-County Team in Birch Run was a very positive experience. They look out for the customers needs. They are a very professional group. Great to work with.
David Lash: I bought a zero turn here. And I am very happy could not ask for a better John Deere zero turn. Thanks
Lori Zariski: They helped us with something that they don't usually work on. It was hydraulic related. They were so helpful. My husband says he doesn't know how to thank him. It was so appreciated. There should be more people around like him!!!
helen haggadone: Friendly and professional. Can’t say enough about Aaron In service/repairs. And also shout out to the behind the scenes service employees I didn’t meet.ADDENDUM: the gentleman who provided delivery gets a SHOUT OUT for his great customer service and positive friendly actions. Unfortunately I did not get his name.
CJ R: Very helpful staff. They were out of what I wanted, but they gave me a couple other places to try.
Tracy Miller: Great product. Knowledge staff. Recommend
Tony Racette: The people that work there are wonderful to work with .
Douglas Jay: Staff is always helpful, parts, sales and service. Most parts are in stock or can be delivered to the store in a couple of days. Prices on parts is what you would pay on Amazon or most other JD dealers. Of course you can find lower prices from non OEM stores but the quality is not Deere. You can also return many of the parts if they don't work out. I take pride in my JD and use only Try County Equipment. (Lots of JD toys in stock for gift's also)
Pete Kleinebreil: Slow service
Ray Schwan: Rcvd. my s240 yesterday, April 2nd. Already have a problem. Called salesman. He said would get right back to me. Still haven't heard from him. Not the first time I have had this problem.
dolores Chaltraw: Don't have what we needed. Low stocked. Trying to shop locally but have to go to internet to find what we need.
Micah Prout: Lady in parts was kinda grouchy but Duane gave me a Spectacular Deal !!!
Donna Jo: John Deere toy sale is going on right now! They also have select JD clothing. Friendly workers.
Jill Eischer: Needed our Gator tuned up, oil changed, etc. They picked it up and dropped it back off - very Covid safety conscious! They did a great job and we are super pleased!

Hodges Farm Equipment Incorporated: what do users think?
Jackie Nettleton: Great place to buy new and used tractors and parts very nice people ❤
R. Farms: Was looking at a Branson 4520r, upon inspection the tractor has a right rear axle seal leak with 275 hours on the tachometer!!! The PTO spins with the PTO lever disengaged, when questioned about the fixing of said items above the owner became frustrated and walked away!!! Less than impressed and will never return to the business!!!!! Anyone looking here beware and do research on what you’re buying since the owners are very uneducated on their products!!!!!
Shelly Ryckman: I would give a zero if I could. My husband has called twice and left his number. Once with the owner and once with owners wife. Both said they would check on a bucket for our tractor. Never got a call back. They will not be getting our business again!
Mr.GrowWithTheFlow: Sold me a tractor with a broken pto. He said it was in working order and that they use it all the time. It spun but when you put an implement on it it has no power. Sold as is and the fix is 4k. Disappointed that they would take advantage of a "new to tractors" person. They will never get my business again. I would advise others to beware as well.
Ray Jenkions: Nice place reasonable prices
Wade Swalwell: Owner came out when they were closed to help. If I buy a Branson tractor it will be from here. Very knowledgeable.
Cindy Williams: Very nice people
Becky Matthews: Very happy with our new Branson tractor. These folks go above and beyond in sales and service.
Doug Ferrell: fast, friendly, honest place to buy a tractor!
James h: Helpful and quick service
Anne Koss: Great place, lots of knowledge and help there, friendly, old fashioned customer service, good selection.
Kevin McClafferty: I bought a tractor from Rick and he said the only problem was some cracks in the fenders. Turns out there was an oil leak in the oil pan and the tractor only started a few times and then stopped working. I trusted him but please beware, he is not to be trusted. He is a dishonest person in my experience.
Tom Watson: Can't stand this place. Owner is rude
Dawn Barber: Got what we needed
Sam O'Reilly Oliveri: Great place to buy and rent from! Anne and Rick are awesome people who will help you in any way they can, good quick knowledgeable service department as well, you cant go wrong.
Ranay Latchaw: Horrible man. Not only is he a shady business owner but he also likes to terrorize his neighbors as he shot one of their dogs and left it suffering for over an hour. This neighbor is also a widow of a officer in the military and he knows this, he still continues to do this to her. This so called man is a waste of skin and oxygen.
Susan Glover: Always has exactly what we need
eugene kady: Call on a jd 1020 rick said runs great no oil leaks so i bought it payed extra for delivery and when they delivered it i was at work so i had my son there to tell them were to park it so i come home and its sitting in the driveway my son told me it would not start the guy who delivered it could not get it to run so he just dumped it off.i call rick 5 times other people answered and said rick will call back soon and 3 months later he still hasn't so i called him a little bit ago and he told he has no mechanic to get it going i told him i wanted my money back and he said good luck and hung up on me.now i have to go to court.if anybody's thinking about doing business with rick Hodges better think again he is just a low life junk peddler
John Leadley: They don't have zero stars! They will sell you all day long but don't have a problem, you'll be out of luck!
JENNIFER Chrysler: Should’ve checked the reviews before I bought anything from here… Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy here. I was told our tractor was field already got it home and the PTO doesn’t work he gave us the runaround. Be careful first time farmers first time tractor Buyers ! Now he wants to charge us to fix it LOL I understand buying something as is and is used but don’t tell us the tractor is field ready And it isn’t! Paid $18,000 for tractor we can’t even use in the field until we get it fixed. Very poor service wouldn’t even call us back .
Bob & Kim scott: Rick Hodges is pretty slippery. He must have a following, they have been there thirty years or more, as far as I can tell he thinks spray paint will rebuild a tractor.
