mike upton: Can't even figure out how to order the right parts when it's a foot peg and shifter lever... Took two months to get the wrong parts. Nobody ever contacted me not even once when they repeatedly said they would when parts come in etc etc. They've contacted me one time and that's when they needed sign off to get their money. Managers incompetent. Never get repair work here.

Technician Dan has always done high-quality work in the shop and maintained my equipment like the professional he is. My purchase of a new vehicle yesterday was equally professional! Ray Junior went above and beyond to explain every aspect of The machine to me and my 14-year-old son. Just awesome! THANK YOU DAN AND RAY JR.! Always a pleasure doing business with you!
Travis Behnke (VK56DETT240Z): If I could give this place no stars I would. It starts with me dropping my bike off in august 21 for basic inspection. No calls for a month even though their service writers said they would call within the week. When they did called back they said it needs a basic tune up. It then proceeds with me calling about my bike for 6 months til it was finish constantly getting the line that my bike was next in line for the tech to work on. I got my back in the middle winter. When the weather got nice and I was able to ride about 1k miles. Then found the stator went bad. (not their fault used bike) I did the repair but during my tear down I found that they had not changed the spark plugs, air filter, and unsure if they actually changed the oil. If I cant trust a place to do the basic services. You shouldn't trust them for your service.

Shannon: I put money down on a 2022 Yamaha yz250x in February. Chuck called me the end of May and said it was in. I got my financing all set at my credit union. The day I went to pick up the bike I stopped at the credit union and we called Ray C’s to have them fax the motorcycle information to finish my loan and get the check to buy it. The manager wouldn’t fax the information. He said I could get a loan from my credit union through the dealership. The dealer must get a kickback for doing the loan, but I had already taken care of that part. When I went to pick up the bike they said I had to pay an additional 3.5% for using a credit card. They didn’t charge me an extra 3.5% to charge additional accessories. Not sure if this is illegal, but it’s unethical.

Jared Mayer: I dealt with the off road parts department, I was looking for a hard to find can am part. They were great and kept searching for the part I needed until they found it. Before I went in I didn't have much hope cause I searched online for the past year and couldn't find the part. It took a bit but they found it. Super nice guys.

Bill Hemmingsen: Just snow checked a sled with Jodi. Ray Jr came out and explained the sleds and differences. Printed off lots of literature to study and even offered to let me watch the dealer video on all the tech on the sled. Quite a difference from other dealers I have been to. I now have a new home to go to for my sleds.

Robert Dawson: Purchased a new Rubicon from Paul, he was honest and very helpful. I already had a plow, and he installed a mount for me, and only charged the part cost. Also delivered it to my house, and his mechanic answered all my questions and was also very helpful. I highly recommend Lapeer Honda and will be a repeat customer. Thanks guys!

Kelly Steibel: Terrible customer service, jacked up prices, inside of the building is disgusting and unorganized with only a path to walk through. Brand new equipment in a gated lot that sits outside with no covering that won’t be sold. Snarky sales people who make it feel that they don’t want not need your business. Answer your questions with short answers and a snarky tone.

They advertise one price on their website and then if you stop in, they have a price 125% MSRP from Honda. Good times won't last forever for the dealer, and I won't be back. Don't pay their inflated prices, find a dealer that respects your business!

brianpav: I bought a new 2020 Ruckus from Lapeer Honda last spring. I took it back there 3 times for over heating and they refused to service it because they could not “reproduce” the issue. They had no interest investigating the issue and always sent me packing. I finally took it to Macomb Powersports where they actually took time to contact American Honda tech support. With very little effort, they learned it WAS a bad water pump. It’s been replaced and it did fix the issue. Don’t waste your time here. Thanks Macomb Powersports!!
Jeff Milodrowski: Visited to look at quads. Sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. Bought a machine and again everybody was professional and accommodating. Excellent place would recommend if you are in the market for a quad, dirt bike or other Honda items!
