Jim Moore: Went to Graingers #237 on Lapeer Road in Flint 10 minutes before closing time on Monday 3/13/2022. Called the employee Lucky, because Graingers has the correct furnace ignitor in stock to fix my furnace. The internet said it was "in stock". Lucky backpedaled a bit before he located the 1 "in stock". Furnace fixed. The LEGEND OF LUCKY BEGINS!

Sue Tvardos: Very helpful, I love a small town hardware. You can get in and out and fully stocked with anything you could need.
Bonnie: Wanted screens put in some windows dropped them off. Paid for them took over a week and a half. Then they couldn't do one window. Let me know after i had dropped them off and waited a week before they tod me.
David Brown: I all ways have a nice experience there. I even got help loading my purchase into my truck.

Jeffery Rievert: Needed washer and dryer installation accessories...they found everything I required quickly...also had my mower in the truck they figured out which blade I needed as well. Guys in the service department were very helpful, the cashier was polite and hometown friendly too. If I was anywhere else my 300 dollars wouldn't have got very far, thank you Gill Roy's you really do got it all!
