Allyson Konen: Horrible wait time. No one there seems to have a clue as to what they are doing either.

Regina: I have used this Quest several times and I find it to be most pleasant. I always go early in the morning and I get the same nice lady. She knows what she is doing (drawing blood) . She has great customer service skills and especially for it to be in the morning. She greets you with a smile from start to finish. Sorry I don't know her name.
Jordan: Extremely rude staff. Watched 2 employees have a personal conversation for over 45 minutes while they have a full lobby of people waiting. She proceeded to shut the door and continued to have the conversation after she noticed we can see & hear everything from the waiting room. No respect or sense of urgency to get anything done.
Mary Kelly: This has been my lab for a long time. Staff was always helpful and had been nice even when they had trouble getting a blood draw. When I was there last Thursday along with my niece, the kiosk would not let some of us sign in. My niece signed in without a problem I was next. When the phlebotomist came I told her what the problem was she said she would help me after she got through with my niece. The next phlebotomist came to the door asked for number 9 and then told us we can't take you in a very short-toned voice I was very disappointed at that point that there was no sign or anything that explained to the patients that we had to have an appointment for those of us that don't have transportation to and from on our own it's very difficult sometimes to get to the lab. If that's the case then it needs to be something showing that it that goes by appointment only. Very disappointed with this visit

Came in the next day for my “appointment “ and both staff members had attitudes and rude. I understand the pandemic has a lot of places short staffed however, no need to be rude to customers who aren’t rude or being obnoxious!!!! I will never visit this location again

Trinity United: I have been to this location several times. I usually go very early in the morning. No waiting and the staff are ALWAYS professional and very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.
Dylan Huber: Place is a joke, appointment at 345, I sit in the waiting room until a few minutes past 4 and then they tell me they don’t do drug screens past 4 when they were the ones who had me sitting in the waiting area until after 4. If you need a drug screen for a job and this is your only place to go you’re better off staying unemployed.
Kimberly G: Not very professional. Unimpressed and annoyed that I have to come back here. The staff member calling people back from the waiting room has some of the most atrocious customer service skills I have seen and is either in desperate need of retraining or belongs behind the scenes. The way she addressed the two women waiting before me was so wholly inappropriate that I’m offended on their behalf and feel they are owed an apology from this site. Randi Helmreich: The lady who drew my blood was very unprofessional and rude. There was a misunderstanding with my lab orders and instead of telling me options or working with me she just kept repeating the same information very rudely more or less insinuating there was nothing she could do until I had my lab order in hand. Another lady was called in and she was very helpful with offering me her email so I could send her my lab order and I could have it printed off that way. After the helpful one left the employee that was drawing my blood wouldn’t say a word to me until she was done, then said your done. Not goodbye not have a good day absolutely nothing. Then she dropped my blood vial on the floor twice! I will not be going back!!

Ra'Shonda Magee: So when you call up to the store, the person that answers the door states that it’s open at 7:00 am and the sign on the door says 7:00 am. However, we had to find out from another patient that they do not open until 8:00 am. Then when you go into the self check in station hoping to practice social distancing by just waiting outside the lobby, they do not call you or text you. You are forced to stay in a waiting room less than 4 ft away from people. Then they call walk-ins that have been there after you. This is the worse Quest that I have ever been into. I now would rather waste the gas to go to another facility.

Jennah Khirfan: Came in today to get bloodwork done because i was either un-aliving or had an iron deficiency-guess we’ll find out. In and out in under ten minutes. The online appointment booking/check in is seamless. They took me to the room and we played pattycake (this is almost a joke). Lady who took my blood did it fast and efficiently, just a pinch and 20 secs it was over. Barely left a mark, just a small pin-sized bruise.They had me sign something saying they took my blood and that was that. It was like 3-4 vials idek because i had my eyes shut the whole time she drew it. Either way, it didn’t feel like it. 10/10.
Mary Kraemer: This is a great place - the staff are good at drawing blood and are caring and considerate.
Margo Kincaid: The Quest in Villa Linda is good. My primary does my lab work when I see her and my Rhemotolist has a quest on site so they both go straight for the butterfly needle. The last two times I went there for my Nephro doc they wanted to jab me with the big needle and was told the butterflies are for babies. However in short time they realized they had to go for the butterfly. I do like that can get my test results on line

Ashley Chase: Came here at the end of January because the Quest in Walmart didn't have the test kit I needed. They answered the phone then, let me know they had the correct kit and I was able to make an appointment online. They were fast and did a good job. I have to have 8 more tests done and have tried to call up there for two days now and finally was able to reach someone, but they told me they couldn't check if they had the testing kits, I would have to come in with the form, which is odd since they were able to check for me last time I called.

Blaine Bray: As long as I’ve gone I’ve always really liked the staff the only thing is…everyone goes to this one so you’re always waiting. Even if you show up at like 6 am. Also because everyone goes there they have been short on certain tests before. If you want to get in quick I’d suggest the one in Walmart instead.

Tyrah Hinkle: A employee at this location told us she was going to put us out. It was 7 degrees outside. They took over 15 minutes trying to draw my mother's blood. After 2 the closing time she wanted my 73 year old mother with children outside. She has gray hair with a part in the middle with bi focals. Very unprofessional
Ora Lee Carter: I had my insurance card with me I’ve test done numerous times at thus same Quest lab. Lab said my card did not cover the lab work I needed. My debit card was bill for $154. I called my insurance carrier which said the test should’ve been covered. They contacted Quest. Quest said I did not have my insurance information with me which was untrue. So now I’m frustrated as to how to get reimbursed for $154 Quest charged me when they should not have and then they lie to my insurance company, I did not have my insurance card with me this is very very frustrating. Sat on the phone for the second time for 45 minutes waiting to talk to my insurance carrier again. All because Quest lied and couldn’t do what they’re supposed to do.
Danielle Rustin: Attempted to make an appointment today the phone system is absolutely absurd and drones on and on could not get through to a person. After going through most of the voice prompted questions The phone disconnected leaving me having spent 5 minutes in their in their call system and still having no appointment or no contact. I will be going elsewhere. Very frustrating!!
Jan Hatch: I came in to pick up sample supplies, I was waited on almost immediately! The person that I spoke with was very nice and helpful even suggesting that I have an additional test for the symptoms I was experiencing, my doctor approved this. I was very happy with this experience and have never had a bad experience here!
Cassandra McKinstry: I took my daughter here for her one year blood work. To say I was dreading this appointment would be an understatement. They were so gentle and patient with her. Initially they were having trouble locating a good vein to use, but instead of trying to poke my daughter a bunch of times the girl went and got some help and they were able to draw her blood with one poke. I’m so grateful that they were so kind and reassuring to both me and my daughter. I will be returning here for future blood work and no longer dreading these appointments (at least not as much!)
Becky Smith: Cannot say enough about them! I took my 11 month in to get his blood drawn and they did so so amazing with him.the ladies we delt with were so gentle and he didn’t NOT flinch when she put the needle in! I was so happy with them!!
Jana: This is the second time I was walking out of the Quest lab and noticed blood dripping down to my legs from my hand. They don't know how to draw blood properly, I noticed right away how they insert the needle blood leaking around. My hand is bruised and sore now. I heard bad reviews about this place, but wanted to come anyway just because it's closest, but won't be back next time!
Debbie Kremlick: Last Monday I went to this location at 8:00 in the morning. After leaving I had a really bad bruise and today over a week later I still have it. This is not acceptable. In the meantime I had to have more blood work done and went to Hurley twice and there isn't even a mark. I will be using Hurley from now on for my blood draws.
