Diangelo bruce: Do not purchase cars or trucks from them. I paid 5800 cash for an expedition. Took truck to dealer because heat was not working and large puddles of water in driveway. Diagnosis was blown head gaskets and heater core after contacting April, she suggest car shield warranty even paid for the first month nice right wrong. Car shield authorized an engine break down just to deny the claim in the middle of the process. Now I have to pay for an engine for the truck 7.9k or take a 6k loss on the truck. This establishment is not a good place to buy anything they seem very helpful at ripping people off thanks April and deans auto sales for taking my hard earned money 5800 cash from my family during a pandemic. And causing a huge financial burden to my family 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😈🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Dude we had the car in October it's literally been in the shop since I bought the truck the car shield warranty took a month the truck does not even have 1000 miles on it from. Time of purchase rip off your expert mechanics is the reason the car is in the shop

Keegan Mccormack-reamer: Do not buy here, I came to purchase a car from them and their sales rep Becca was rude from the start. I asked to see the details of the warranty I was being forced to purchase and I was told I can’t see what’s covered in the warranty until I sign for the car. They also said my dad had no credit (he has a mortgage and 3 other cars in his name mind you) so he couldn’t co-sign and I would have to pay a higher interest rate. The pictures didn’t all match the current condition of the car as well. She also told me if I don’t like it there I can leave and buy a car else where and then stormed off like a child, so I did and I suggest you guys do the same when it comes to these fly by night pop up shops.
jake andrus: I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and am beyond impressed with there generosity. The jeep had issues turning over and i was loaned a very nice f150 for the weekend, The starter had gone out but Dean replaced it for free along with the tow to the shop. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. Pictures of both vehicles below.

b crew: Dean's Auto Sales is a trustworthy dealership to purchase a used vehicle! They sell quality used cars and will stand behind them if there are any mechanical issues noticed after purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle from them that I'm extremely happy with but it turned out to have engine mount damage which they repaired no questions asked. Also Jason their salesman is a great guy willing to go the extra mile!

Ray Byron: Great place to buy a used car. Friendly and honest staff. We lived a couple hours away and had trouble getting our schedule to line up for a test drive. They were nice enough to pull the car of the market until we could get down there. They had an excellent inventory of third row vehicles to compare what we were interested in, to what otheroptions were out there. The whole process was quick, easy, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
Sweetvk: Was looking for a car,too expensive for my budget.After looking at a review below,I'm glad I passed it by.There should be a law against dealers who sale bad cars too make a profit.Also if a customer gave a bad review or a good one,I did read them but they don't change my mind.Sure some people were happy ,others weren't.If the one who gave a bad review,if you could accommodate them then I might changey review.Because I'm on a fixed income,and most people don't have money to throw away on a defective car.

dan albers: So my experience with Dean and April was absolutely nothing short of the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I bought a 2014 gmc sierra denali and it is absolutely mint. I'm from Green bay and I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle sight unseen. I flew out there 2weeks ago Friday on a wimb. They Greater me at the airport with Jason who is the head mechanic. That guy really knows his profession.. they brought me to the dealer . We finalized the paperwork and I drove it 9hrs back home. Best way to really get to know the vehicle! We were gonna have it shipped to my house and they hired a transportation broker. It was difficult to secure a driver so I decided to fly out!! They gave me cash back as soon as I got there and it actually ended up saving me money 💰. We have kept in contact and the buying process was just a pleasure! Grateful for their service. Just Me: Took my GMC in for light body repair, upon picking it up I was informed I needed two ball joints. Left Graff and went down to the road to Stearns Auto repair. They did an inspection and told me the ball joints were fine.

Sherry M: I go out the way to take my vehicle to this service department. This last visit was HORRIBLE. It's already stressful dealing with car issues; then to add unnecessary stress from poor service. My car came to the dealership via tow truck. It was never checked in then the keys were misplaced by the service advisor. The dealership insisted they never received the keys. As a result they kept my car an extra day. Instead of looking for my keys they left it on me to figure it out. Their solution was to see if I had another set of keys. My calls to inquire had started being ignored. After numerous calls & messages I was finally able to get a manager. He was able to replay the dealership cameras and locate my keys inside a cup placed inside another vehicle. I am so disappointed with the lack of service, professionalism, and consideration.
Nick James: We had an appointment for an oil change this past Monday. We received an automated text message the night before, confirming the appointment. I showed up on Monday for the appointment, and was told they couldn’t accommodate me because of a system issue. We never received a phone call/text message in advance to let us know. I wanted to reschedule for the next couple of days, but was told they were booked full. I called the service department and asked to talk with a manager, and was told they were busy and would call me right back, but they never did. I called again on Wednesday, and left a voicemail with the service manager, but STILL haven’t received a phone call. I understand there was an issue with the system, but to never receive a phone call/text message in advance, and then to top it off, not being able to get the service department to call me back is really unacceptable. All it is telling me, is that my time isn’t important. Horrible customer service. I have never had an issue with graff, but the way they are handling (or lack thereof) THEIR mistake, is unacceptable. Won’t be doing business with graff anymore.

David Harper: This was the third dealership I called about servicing my car after an accident. The other dealerships acted like I was bothering them and it was not an urgent matter. Hank Graff right away made us feel valued and our situation was important to them. Very kind and helpful from the start! Made it very easy to get the car in and work with the insurance company. They have also kept us informed of the progress of the repair throughout the process. Will only take my cars to Hank Graff Body and Service Departments from now on.

I picked up my vehicle and while driving I discovered I may have had this problem the entire time since I bought it! It now drives like brand new and I could never be happier!
