Used for approximately 10 minutes and it went totally black!😡 I phone them, they wanted to tell me, either I dropped it or it fell in water!😡😡 Neither happened!Told me to bring in on 16th. We are approximately 35 minutes from the store. They told my husband now it needed a $300.00 new screen. Plus NO REFUND on new battery.😡Needless to say, my husband left and purchased a new phone from Spectrum.I will report them to Consumer Protection. No way to treat customers!

Tim answered All my questions about Duracell batteries and which one would be Best for my SUV! Then I was brave enough to order & buy it online. The next day, I went in and Tim had already had my battery pulled with notes attached. Then Joe waited on me, removed my bad battery, & installed my new Ulta Duracell battery! He was friendly and efficient! Thank you Tim & Joe for making a major purchase for a woman very easy & comfortable 😁

On top of that, batteries were cheaper than in drugstores and supermarkets. I would recommend visiting this store especially with all the electronics used today that require batteries. They even have car and motorcycle batteries that they install and recycle free of charge. They also fix phones and key fobs. I went to the store in the plaza on Miller Road by Bds Mongolian Barbecue in Flint Township, MI.
