On the lot the car was great. 30 days later the engine light comes on and the problem just keep mounting. I financed the car for around 8k after the multiple repairs the car is at 10.5k. The value was 7.4k. And all mechanics suggest the same thing. A new engine. Be careful.

Vicky Muckenthaler: We bought 2 GMC Terrains (2014) within a month of each other, for our Granddaughter. The first one (white; 112,000 miles) was immaculate. Took it to our mechanic, who said HE would buy it! Fabulous 1-owner car.. Sadly, she was hit by a gal in the right front tire. Car was fixable, however, airbags deployed; insurance totaled it for that reason only. Broke our hearts. Went back to Ryan, and he had same vehicle (more options) in black.(109,000). He was waiting on 2 (new) tires to arrive; we bought the car.True to his word, went back and had the 2 tires replaced… The vehicle ended up needing one ignition coil and spark plugs, which my husband replaced in 15 minutes. Vehicle running beautifully now for nearly a month. Highly satisfied with Ryan and both vehicles…. Recommend!

Kevin Jones: Greetings to everyone who is reading this post!!So, I am starting a new job very soon and needed a car that I could depend on on the road as my job will keep me on the road about 4 days out of 5. I stop by Grand Blanc Auto Group and the owner Ryan shows me the 2014 GMC Terrain with only 111,983 miles on it. The vehicle is meticulously detailed and mechanically flawless. So I bought it!! Best used car I have ever owned in my life(and I have been buying used cars for over 25 years) !!!! I loved this car so much that I decided I did not want to put it on the road and put miles on it but to keep it as a local driver so I went back to Ryan and bought another car a 2011 Malibu with only 97,900 miles on it!!! Again, an ascetically pleasing vehicle that was meticulously detailed and perfect for the "road runner" I need for my job. I might add, Ryan is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with and a very upfront and honest person. He is clearly not out to gouge anyone but appears to be just trying to make an honest living. I would strongly encourage you to see him for the next used car purchase.Sincerely,Kevin L Jones

Emily Gibson: don’t recommend, bought my FIRST car here, an equinox for a little more than 9 grand that i paid in cash. after just TWO days- ran into so many complications. was at the shop every other day. over a grand in ‘repairs’. 2 shops said they couldn’t find out what was wrong with my car. after almost two months… still has problems with it and barely drivable. wasted 10 grand on a car that i cant even drive.not to mention i called after the first problem , two days after i bought the vehicle and they wanted nothing to do with me, the shop told me to call them to see if they’d help with repairs and nothing happened.

Kara Mrozinski: Buyer beware! Bought a vehicle from here for my 17 year old for her birthday. Within 3 days we were having issues with overheating and losing all antifreeze. We were back in forth with the shop for a month with no results and the same problem again and again. I let Ryan know what was going on and he took the vehicle back and had his mechanic try and fix the problem. It was not cheap to fix but it cost me nothing. Ryan took care of the bill. It was really great that he did that! Unfortunately, the car still has problems with leaking antifreeze despite all the work. We are not sure what the problem is and it is back in the shop. She only drove it for 5 days. I do not feel comfortable putting my child in this vehicle. It remains un-driveable. We also found out it has salvaged title.

Todd Reeser: We bought a car under the word of the owner, Ryan, that the smell was coming from a valve cover that he said was just replaced by his mechanic. When the car engine died less than 30 days later Ryan changed his story. At no time was there an offer to purchase a warranty. To make matters worse he tried to get us to just pay for the entire repair by stating he made a deal with his mechanic. Ryan told us he buys all his parts off a certain website. There are no engines online that cost more than a $1000. He asked us to pay $1750.00 Ryan says he prides himself in honesty, we do not see it. Thank you Ryan. We have photos that are not being allowed t post here. To make matters worse he put our family on his Facebook page after he was asked not to.
