Chris Conine: REVIEW OF LOCKE'S LANDSCAPING ($12k)I would give Locke's a 2 out of 5 for the following reasons:As I was obtaining landscaping quotes, Chris Locke (the owner) completed a very good landscaping plan (for free) and met with me several times before the start of the job. He also provided me with a detailed invoice of the work to be completed. My job was pushed back a couple of months, due to a Crew Leader quitting at the beginning of the Summer. I advised Chris that I wanted his best crew working on my project, and that I would bewilling to wait. Once the work started, Chris unfortunately did not check in with me once (during the 8 days) to see how the project was progressing. My "new" contact was now Mark the "Crew Leader". Unfortunately, the crew was not very careful of our personal property, as they cut our cable line (and never told me), hit a light on the garage, scraped our vinyl fence, damaged the neighbor’s lawn, and punctured an irrigation/sprinkler line. Additionally, the initial work was NOT good due to the quality of the workmanship. I had to have them come back and re-do the paver steps, fix my neighbor’s lawn, and re-grade thefront yard. Although a very hard worker, Mark (the Crew Leader), had a very poor attitude when asked to re-do work that should have been done correctly in the first place. As a side note - Chris and his crew seemed willing to take care of any issues on a comeback/re-do basis. In hindsight I would NOT hire Locke's Landscaping, due to the quality of their workmanship!

Catherine Mansueti: My condo association has contracted ACE for snow plowing services. After the snow storm on 3/3 into 3/4-they plowed our subdivision using a subcontractor. This subcontractor hit my boyfriends LEGALLY parked car. Several attempts were made to have the situation rectified. ACE & the subcontractor did not return phone calls or meet with him to examine damages. There were numerous complaints from neighbors regarding the shoddy work that day. It’s unfortunate I have to tolerate their services as it’s out of my hands. Things happen-but the complete disregard and rudeness of the staff & owner are despicable.
