Amanda: Found this service through Facebook after a pretty good snow storm. Being pregnant and having too large of a driveway for my hubby to do on his own, Cost Cutters worked with me on a price we could afford and in a timely manner. My husband spoke with the driver who arrived and stated he was very polite and very friendly. Our driveway was then plowed and he even considered plowing around our stuck car and the mailbox at the end of the drive. Definitely a good experience!

Noidster “Noidster”: I called them to see how much it would be to mow my lawn. Called them on a Saturday. Guy answered his phone and told me to text him my name and address and he would stop by on his way home to give me an estimate as he was "busy golfing right now". Never heard from him again. Called twice no answer. Left a message and another text with no answer. I guess golfing is more important. If you're operating during normal business hours probably shouldn't tell potential customers you're busy golfing right now. Highly unprofessional.Update: Owner saw my review and proceeded to send me harassing text messages to my phone claiming I am messed up for leaving a bad review. He tried to claim he stopped by for a quote which is false.because we've been here the entire time then tried to say he was golfing at a charity event for kids. Not professional at all.the harass people for their review. Had I been contacted in a professional manner I may have changed my review.

Nichole AnneNoelle: I am a Paramedic that works in Genesee County. On Christmas Eve we were trying to get our ambulance up a driveway for a patient. The driveway was steep and covered with snow the morning after the big snow storm we had. The homeowners were unable to get to the driveway before their medical emergency happened as it was morning time. A driver for this company was passing through and saw that we were struggling to get the ambulance up the drive. He kindly offered to plow the driveway so that we could safely make it to our patient. Not only did he plow it so that we could get through, he plowed it with all the care necessary as if he was plowing it for the homeowners had they paid for the service. His generosity was truly heartwarming and exactly what the holiday spirit is about. Any company with employees willing to help out without expecting something in return is an A+ company in my book. I called my supervisor to call this company so that the man who helped may be recognized for his kindness and generosity. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays ⛄

I got so tired of waiting for a response from them about when they would come, that I cancelled the service.Once he saw what I stated here, he sent me an aggressive text and email about it, while trying to also use emotional manipulation tactics to try to get me to remove this. The whole thing made me feel deeply uncomfortable.I cannot recommend someone to waste either their time or money on this company.In all fairness, I will say because I cancelled the service, I am unable to review the quality of their actual work.

Their first application of fertilizer was soon followed by heavy rain events. I was concerned the fertilizer was washed away on my sloped areas and flushed beyond the root zone in flat areas from the copious amounts of rainfall. Catherine Mansueti: My condo association has contracted ACE for snow plowing services. After the snow storm on 3/3 into 3/4-they plowed our subdivision using a subcontractor. This subcontractor hit my boyfriends LEGALLY parked car. Several attempts were made to have the situation rectified. ACE & the subcontractor did not return phone calls or meet with him to examine damages. There were numerous complaints from neighbors regarding the shoddy work that day. It’s unfortunate I have to tolerate their services as it’s out of my hands. Things happen-but the complete disregard and rudeness of the staff & owner are despicable.
