Scott Forgot: Bought a 2013 F250 online from this dealer. I live 2K miles from the dealership, so a test drive wasn’t practical. CarFax appeared legit; photos of the truck seemed like other than some cosmetic work needing to be done, everything was in pretty good shape for the mileage and the fact that it initially came from Ontario, Canada (I expected rust/salt stains on the undercarriage). Paid $2K to have the truck shipped to AZ. Truck arrives with a squeaky pulley, burned out passenger side headlamp, burned out orange roof lamp and a burned out passenger side mirror lamp. The unlocking button on one key fob didn’t work and the other fob was split open. The interior of the cab was messy and not consistent with the online pics. Day 3 of driving , the check engine light blesses me with its presence (P207F code). Check the DEF system and it’s destroyed; alternator is also shot. Idler pulley and tensioner are crapped out as well. Email the dealership explaining that I realize this was an “AS IS” purchase, however asking if they stand behind their products and actually care about customer service. They clearly don’t. Learn from my mistake: Have a qualified tech do a thorough inspection before you decide to buy from this dealership, otherwise you may potentially be several thousand in the hole not long after.

George Nygaard: I tried to make an appointment for service on my 2017 Mercedes two weeks ago and since I am an hour away, I asked if there would be a loaner available for me. I was told that if I waited a couple of weeks they would have one for me. Of course there was none available.So I presented a list of the things I needed service on to Andrea Miller in the service department. The main thing I wanted repaired was the navigation system.So after two hours I was presented with the bill for $330 while she informed me that they were unable to fix the navigation system because "the navigation card is defective".I had previously told her that I had purchased a new card and that one didn't work either. She told me I needed to buy another one for $800 but they didn't have any. I asked why they couldn't take one from another Mercedes and try it. She gave me some B.S. about why that wouldn't work.What a waste of time and money.

It takes sales “professionals” to handle things so properly.I shopped 50+ Toyota dealers in 10 states or more…to obtain the exact SUV I wanted and no one had them, then if they did have something close many dealers wanted $3000-7500 over MSRP - NOT Randy Wise. They easily could of marked this vehicle up $5000 and sold it to the line of folks waiting. They didn’t and that says a lot about their integrity and how they do business. I even received a small discount off MSRP on SUV that’s so high in demand most dealers would never and add on market adjustments and fake fees and $2000 services to pad the deal, just for right to buy the in demand car.Again, Randy Wise did not participate in any of this market adjustment nonsense while the car market was so crazy lately and in my transaction.My Toyota “experience” here was similar to when I purchased my Mercedes Benz. Classy, professional, fun, smooth without any troubles. Above and beyond.A dealership experience that fits more the Mercedes way then non Luxury brand like Toyota. They do good work here from my view.Mr. Jason Butts was my sales guy, Mr. Stephen Hayward did the financing part.Please ask about the warranty programs. They are solid, quality and fair.Factor a rough number cost in your math from the start so you have the new ride you want but then also the over the top white glove pick up and drop off the car service if anything goes sideways. With all the gadgets and electronics in cars today a radio is $5k. A hybrid motor, battery etc… you get the idea. It’s worth the minor cost of extending the warranty. They can work out all types of lengths and miles and costs to fit everyones budget but for the love of god, don’t blow it off. Cars are computers. You aren’t fixing $29 nonsense anymore. Everything has chips inside.I mentioned Red bull drink during conversation and would you believe they literally had a ice cold Red bull and a water waiting for me when I picked up my car on signing day.I’m guessing if I asked for a pizza while we did the paperwork the guys would have a pizza sent over. Just good stuff all around and I myself am in sales and understand it all very deeply and I can recognize good people that are professionals and honest and good at their gig. You’ll see, go in. Be cool, don’t be a “Karen” customer to these guys please ;)Both men followed up and kept me in the loop and never bothered me or became a bother like sometimes happens in sales situations. Txting back and forth to handle it all. I liked it but if you’re old school, you can call too.If I lived closer. They’re people you’d invite over for thanksgiving, let them marry your sister and help move if you just bought a new Tundra and now have a truck to help lol. Solid dudes from my experience.I’ve purchased many a new cars over the year and this dealership was the best one from start to finish. I was told no and out of stock and high over MSRP for my high demand SUV and none of that happened here. They just handled it. Told me up front on the wait time ( I waited 3 months, from it not being built yet, just pending build to shipping it from Japan to my house in 90 days. Amazing!!!)Not a fleck of dust or anything out of line. Perfect shape when it arrived. They had it fresh as it could be. Sadly it rained the day I picked it up and dirtied up my fresh clean car ;).You’re welcome to look me up online and ask any questions if you want to know more information but overall, I would suggest emailing or calling the guys direct.Side note: Never give your business to Toyota in Ann Arbor. Ever!Disgusting the way they treat people.I drove over an hour to visit Randy Wise dealer and glad to do so again, helping a friend buy her car soon.I was not incentivized for review.

tauraluna: This dump sold me a death trap. The frame had been welded & rusted thru. I ended up being on the hook for just under $1800. Dustin Kaiser was the salesman for a 2002 Tracker. I knew it would need some kind of work because of its age, maybe a transmission, etc. Part of the frame came off on my way home and there were no mounts to support the rear of the vehicle... Then, after a month and a half of negotiations for them to buy it back, and knowing it was not safe to drive, they listed it on their website as "just in"! They're nothing more than thieves, and obviously could care less about your safety. Don't trust them!

A J: Terrible place to buy a car. Truck was listed at 26k and came with a warranty. They never told me it went up to 36k I had to find that out when my paperwork came in the mail. Also my down payment was never applied to the load so I spent 37k on a truck worth 25k. Nothing but problems with the truck starting to think it was a flood truck.

tye gross: GET VEHICLE INPECTED BY TRUSTED MECHANIC BEGORE PURCHASING...Purchased a vehicle from here...have had multiple issues since driving off the lot. They knew about a few of these issues and told me they were taken care of ir would be fixed. The day after I picked my car up from service (for the second time), I received a hand written letter from my salesperson with a flyer advertising their service department. It's almost like they knew the vehicle wasn't properly fixed.
