They painted the walls, ceilings, doors and trim in my living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, two hallways, a stairway and kitchen cabinets. They did an enormous amount of prep work, moved and covered furniture daily and cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. They always arrived in the morning when promised and communicated their work plan for the day. Sean O'Guinn: If you’re looking for poor communication and below average attention to detail, these are your guys!They did my mom’s basement in Grand Blanc a couple of months ago and we went with them to do our basement based on the quality of that job.After already being delayed by 2 weeks, I got a call out of the blue that they could “squeeze us in” ahead of the Memorial Day weekend.Day 1 - The pump blew and everyone left. No call or follow up.Day 2 - 2 different guys show up, run out of dryfall after 2 hours. They disappear for 3 hours. No call or follow up.Day 4 - They paint our basement floors. Paint gets on our water heater and we’ve been without hot water for 4 days while we wait for a new sensor.Day 6 - After finally being able to walk on the floors, we have to follow up again to have them come out and touch up 6 different areas that were blatantly obvious.Never received a single phone call from Rob, the owner, the entire time.It was clear from the start that they were overwhelmed with work and sent out their B team to help with our smaller basement project.If you’re planning on hiring these guys, you should plan on taking some vacation days from work so that you can stay home and babysit.Service:Interior painting
