Samantha Sipes: Came here expecting a fun experience and it quickly turned into a very uncomfortable time. The salesperson was I think trying her best, but kept interrupting my partner and I while trying to discuss what we wanted. I’d choose something and she’d bring me different products and would not stop following us around the store trying to talk or get into our conversation about what we wanted. All in all the products I bought were great, just my experience not so much. I’d rather buy online.

Alese Parker: I really want to like this place. The staff are always so sweet and nice. Store is always clean. But every bit of clothing I've ever bought from here has either fell apart at seams, ripped, or didn't fit me right. I just bought a two piece set and while the bottoms fit nicely, the top absolutely does not and I even asked about it. I'm a top heavy girl and I need all the support I can get. Very disappointed and sad 😣

I ask well if your being 3 key holder wont return cash nor store credit for product your lady sold that we ask for . How is she gonna help us . Lady smerked at us and said i dont know . I explain we lived 35miles already they ruin one night now waste my time now the want to waste another drive intentionally.....lost my business...i will shop lions den !!! Or right up the road your not the only place to sell sex stuff .. sorry

Breanna Jones: Been here a few times, and every time the experience has been great! The employees are around if you need them, but otherwise give you privacy to browse, and all of the toys I've gotten here have been A+! I come in looking for one thing and wind up buying four, they have stuff you didn't even know you needed! The best in the area, for sure, and has a much more relaxed vibe than you would expect, you won't get pushed into buying anything you aren't interested in, but you'll find what you're looking for and then some :)

Jamie Natske: I’ve had good experiences at this store before, but the last couple haven’t been so great. From my perspective, the only employee that puts work into their job is the girl with big curly hair and long sparkly nails. I’ve had good experiences with her all around. She’s very talkative and friendly. However, the other few times I’ve been treated less than average. I bought something with a credit card and when the cashier asked for my ID, she looked me up and down before giving the rude and sarcastic “heh” laugh, looking at me as if I was unattractive to her in some way. The big lady with the pink hair has to GO. Id guess by process of elimination that she’s the manager. I had a job interview with her a couple years ago and she’s the last person that should be talking about customer service. The whole time I was there the other day she had half of her body slumped over the counter and literally had a Red Bull and pack of cigarettes out, she looked MISERABLE. I asked her about trying on some shoes and she only handed me one shoe and answered my questions while giving the least effort possible, like she didn’t want to waste her breath talking to me. I asked her if they had a specific kind of product and she just shrugged and said no and low and behold I turned around and what I was looking for was right behind me. I dont know if I’ll be returning if I have to deal with her again. She made me and my partner feel uncomfortable and judged.
Kat G: The cashier with the long sparkly gold nails was super friendly and funny. I didnt ask too many questions but she was very nice to the other customers in the store. I listened in and had all my questions answered before having to ask 😂. The employees at this location and the Oakland county locations are always great, and this store has a very wide selection in every section.

Miss Sandra Kay Coulter (Sandy): I was there tonight on 4/9/21 & the girl working was kinda rude and gave off a vibe like she didn’t want to be there or that she was bored with her job or something. She also wasn’t very helpful we had a couple questions and she just acted clueless to what we were talking about. I don’t think someone like herself should be working with the public. I hope that someone else is working the next time I go in there. She also took 2 DVD cases from us but only checked us out for one movie. We spent good money in there then we didn’t get everything we wanted and it was basically bc of your staff. You need to check who was working tonight and do something about it. I left there unhappy and when I got home I was even more upset bc we didn’t get both our movies but we live across town so we weren’t going back now. I think maybe I’ll just stick to giving my business to Lover’s Lane their a lot more polite and care more about the customers satisfaction. 🤬

Maybe the last.One thing I've always appreciated about VS are the great employees, the helpful service and good recommendations. Not impressed with this mall store, not one bit.On the good side, it is clean and looks we'll stocked. But that's not the most important, to me.I hope we just caught them at a bad time. It is 4pm on a Friday afternoon.Recommendation: Hire some quality people.Or lower your price to fit the service.

Pamela Morrison: I received some diamond earrings from my husband for christmas. The backs would not stay on. Needless to say we returned them to Macys in Genesee Valley Mall. The store was empty. We entered the store and stood in a return line for 15 min. while they waited on one older couple. Finally it was our turn only to be told we had to go to fine jewelry to get our refund. We walked back to fine jewelry. There were 3 women behind the counter. All of them waiting on one customer. After waiting 10 minutes more one of them finally told us she would be right with us. 5 more minutes passed before she finally gave us our refund. I made up my mind never to do business with them again.
