ariana rene: Answered with a blunt "hello" and asked nothing about what car I have or where I was or what happened. Called back 25 minutes later to ask for an eta and the guy says "has it really been 25 minutes" very sarcastically, and "I'm 5-10 minutes away". My coworkers helped me unlock my car before then so I called again to let him know and got a "thanks for making me drive across town for nothing" before being hung up on and called immediately after by an unknown number, I assume to be harassed about the situation more.

And the key worked perfectly. Just charged me $5, and had me on my way out. They know what they're doing, will get your job done.Ben was extremely busy with few other work on his table, really didn't have time for sweet talks, but that's okay, they get you what you need.
