Peppermint Lounge: what do users think?
Mike Kuczera: Great place to go and have a beer
William Barclay: Never again.
Gail Crump: Gus the owner and his daughter were great! Had a wonderful time at this spot. Made lots of new bar bud's ...yup; I'm going back
Tony Thompson: It's ok
Jessica Meshefski: Awsome service
Kevin Ragan: Small town bar great staff and cheap drink with good conversations with anyone
Lisa: I stopped once, there were a half a dozen cars in the parking lot, but not a single person in sight inside or outside the building, the vibe felt like a Stephen King novel so I left.
Lukas bain: I stopped in on my birthday. The place was clean. The bar tender was very nice. She was also very helpful with a couple of things that our party needed through the night. She was right there when we wanted a drink as well. We played pool and darts on sone new aged tables and boards. I will be going again.
Tina Castle: Love This Bar And It's Owner's Like A Family So Clean And Homely Amen
Lori Crabb: Live seeing Kris
Elizabeth Wagner: Ok, I will admit I showed up unexpectedly early on a day they evidently had some benifit planned later in the day. I had never been there before. However, I felt unwelcome, uncomfortable, and intimidated. I offered to help carry things inside; thinking they would get busy as I already was planning to leave shortly. I did have a buzz on And knew I needed to be going. Rushed to an early exit plan, the $20 I donated to the later benifit, and a $17 tip to the staff was NOT appreciated and my drink was confiscated. No one seemed concerned for my welfare. Only that I left hastily from what appeared like a private club. Comfortably appointed with a large clean venue , it was dark and unpleasant connfronted with rude and unfreindly staff. Will review again as time and the upcoming benifit may have caused issue. Time in lounge 12pm until 2pm.
Brea Glenn (mssweet7): Not too great of service if you're not a regular, but the drinks are fairly priced. Unfortunately after a year of not being in here there was a bar fight 15 minutes after we sat down and we left.
Samantha Cory: Love this place! Has some great new updates!
Wendy Hohenstein: Nice people.
Christopher Cory: My home away from home , been coming up up for 15 years
Ariel Geeting: great atmosphere & really quiet & laid back.
Gabriel Allen: Good ol' Mint.
Ryan Yencso: Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great service.
Jay Hazard: Super chill place to come and let your hair down...
Peggy Kimball: Going to the Peppermint is like going home. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome.
Ted Bond: Crystal is awesome

Simmer Rooftop Lounge: what do users think?
April Winkowski: It was nice eating outside...nice apps
Darin Cates: A great spot for some food and drinks!
David P: Had a nice time there for my class reunion. The staff was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. They were also nice about a few of us staying past closing time.
John Creasey: Fantastic! Great bartender
Kevin Chatfield: Hidden Gem in the City of Flint!!
Marcie Harrington: Really pricey, kitchen was down. Nice view, nice sunshine though
Ross Sampson: this was phat!! great experience in Flint!!
Joel Arnold: Best view Downtown. Amazing location. Drinks are a bit more expensive than other Downtown locations, but the view makes it worth it. They do need to add markers in the elevators so that guests know it is on the *sixth* floor, but besides that it's an amazing space!
Damon Redmond: This rooftop lounge is adding to the city in a big way. The view is amazing; and even better when the sun goes down. The staff was absolutey!!!!! amazing. I will definitely be back. Everyone from the main door to the rooftop is what will help bring people back downtown! Great service.
DavenKelly Polehna: Food and drinks were delicious! A bit too pricey though! Good service.
Daniel Roman: Good overall dining experience. Food portions were a bit lite even for small plates but were of good quality and taste.
Erik Varney: Rooftop view of downtown. A view I imagine hasn't been shared in quite some time. Attentive service with house specialty drinks and stocked bar. Small plates are a great starter and portioned right for a couple cocktails before a proper dinner. Prices are in line or comparable with neighborhing establishments.

Caboose Lounge: what do users think?
Edward Johnson: True definition of "hole in the wall"... waitstaff was sweet as pie, though, and they even served it (upon request😎🤙🏾)!!! Great drinks, not watery, but they did serve in plastic cups, which was a bit of a knock... but overall, a great experience. When I'm in Flint next, I will definitely come back!!!
Andrea K: Charming atmosphere
Eric Hormann: Awesome bar tender
jeremy bastian: Cute waitress feel like I paid her college tuition for a few drinks hahaha
Dee R: it is exactly what youd expect. cheap drinks, real people and not up tight at all. i would say an excelent dive bar, but its better than a dive. big smoking patio, fun bartenders, drinks are cheap af.
Wendie Meadows: Love this place always great people
Jay Hazard: Super chill spot to let your hair down..... Between Billy, Fanny Pack, and Randi.... By far my favorite bartenders in town.... Hands down
betty judd: Great Burgers love coney wednsday. They are a dollar. Whaaaaaaaaat yes kegel coney. Yummy. Eat in or take out
marble: Cute little lounge with amazing food! The backs of the booths were a little uncomfortable to both look at and lean on. Tortilla chips were free and could have refills, also came with some wonderfully spicy salsa. Prices were a little high but the food was wonderful and fresh, and I was able to take my leftovers home with me.
John Doyle: Nice people&cold beer.
Jon Stack: Cheap drinks
Leedog Day: Fun beer joint
Deandre Wheeler: I was here for work, definitely small enough bar will everybody knows your name

Happy Father: Bartender that was working Monday night was acting unusual hyper, pulling a knife out saying how he wanted to stab people while standing behind customers.., (not cool) but the bud light is $2 on a Monday. "Please investigate" 4/25/22
Lee Pat: Best burgers ever
Kris Stahl: Great place! The bartenders are great at there job
Ed Cuttill: I loved the place was a regular there 2-3 times a week for the last 6 years the lost their regular bartender of 14 plus years I seen after that they just hired anyone with a heartbeat over poring nothing but fights sorry to say .
Myleene Lewis: We went for burgers and fries but found friends. Great time.

Torch Bar and Grill: what do users think?
Chuck Gurden: One of the best burgers you'll ever experience in one of Flint's most unique establishments. 👍😁❤️
shagNwagon: Best Burger I have had in a long time
Matthew Kahn: Best burger around.
Gary Ganssley: Great food, great beer, great bartender!
Jackson Lemmon: Absolute best burger around. Cheap draft beers, right downtown but it's off the bricks down the alley.
Zach Naif: Terrible bar the worst I've been to. I got an angry orchard and there was a nasty rust ring around the top of the bottle. I asked for a glass and got a dirty glass coverd in fingerprints. Then I had ordered a plain backen cheese burger and got a fully loaded one. The waitress noticed and offerd to take it back and when she did I over heard them complain about me and the food being remade when she offered it to me. The burger tasted like cheep beef and or was sub par I gave 2 stars because the frys where good. Would not ever recommend this bar to anyone.
Dennis Farney: What a hidden gem. Coming straight from a funeral with some family, we needed some distraction and levity. Our server Kayla was an absolute blast and kept our spirits high. Great food, absolute fire beer list, and the price is right. While we aren’t from Flint, I know exactly where I’ll go every time I visit family. Thank you so much for helping us out in a time of need, and thank you for being awesome!
Marlon Carbone: Nice dive vibe
Ian Davis: Incredible burger
Jeremy Stephens: It's a nice small bar in downtown Flint, MI. I was pleasantly surprised. Burger was great. Onion rings were crispy and cheap beer prices.
Joe P.: I loved the torch when I was in college so I was excited to take my family there. We arrived shortly before lunch and the 2 guys working turned us away because our party was too large. The place was empty (only 2 other people) and they said because they were short staffed and it was almost lunch rush so they couldn't make our food. Okay, how are you going to make food for the "lunch rush" if you can't handle making food for 10 people when the place is dead??Whatever, just proves that nostalgia makes you blind I guess. We won't be back.
Kelsie Irrer: A flint classic. One of the best places in town to get a burger
Jaime Portillo: Update... Myself and my wife came back and the food and drinks were great. Different staff than the last time and this may have been the driver behind the great service. But the Torch redeemed itself in my head. Well be back soon!have been a long standing, faithful customer of the Torch for years. I have always stood by and considered their burgers, best in Genesee County. It had been since July since we stopped in and decided to grab a burger. Very much night and day from our previous experiences. We sat by the stairwell leading towards the bathroom due to limited seating and during our meal, could smell the restroom stench the entire time. We were bothered by knats the entire time and our meals that had been phenomenal in the past were very subpar. Our burgers, ordered at medium rare were partially raw and the fries were overcooked. The wings were in fact still good as well as our drinks. For those two items, we gave the two stars. Would definitely go back but not in the near future until better housekeeping is done and better consistent food prep.
CTL: Excellent hamburgers and homemade french fries.
Jeff Stancroff: The Torch Bar and Grill is the quintessential hole in the wall bar, since it is tucked away in Buckham Alley you likely won't find it unless you are told about it. If you go you will find a relatively small bar that has very good service and one of the best bar burgers around. If you are into supporting local business this is a great stop for you.
Thomas Mullins: Good food
David Sands: As some background information, I've never been to a bar before even though I'm of age, and my friend highly recommended this place to me. She hyped me up on it for 3 days (we didn't realize they closed on Mon/Tue).Today we got there and I was into the vibe, it wasn't crowded or noisy., just some background chatter and comfortable music. We ordered drinks and food, while I suddenly realized I should check if the bar takes tap to pay or would allow me to enter in my card information to pay. The waitress informed us that neither are possible and while me and my friend tried to figure out options to pay, I left $20 dollars with the waitress to just cover as much as I can in the meantime, before we even finished are first drinks or got our food.We shortly left to go get cashback or find another option, when returning to the bar we were told that the waitress dumped our drinks out (claiming we drank "well over half of them" while, for mine that was true, there was over 2/3 of the other glass full. We ordered another round, and received our food that was rock cold. After paying the bill in full, and tipping a low amount, the waitress Kayla B. proceeded to run out in to the alley and scream at us about tipping so poor even though we supposedly "ran out on the tab" (that we paid). She also told us to "never come back". Which is probably the case.I was disappointed in the quality of care from the waitress, but due to the circumstances I can't speak much to the quality of the food (it was cold and old, and the waitress gave no option to reheat or had any care whatsoever for our stay.)Beer was beer, tasted fine. I have no real complaints about anything as I can tell, but this review wouldn't even be posted if it weren't for the unprofessional and rude waitress.
Bomber “Bomber” Bash: Probably the best dive bar in all of Michigan! Hidden in a alley and with a cool view and super amazing vintage bar.You feel like you have travelled back in time. Solid menu options, will cook the burger super rare, cold beer, and varied selection of alcohol. It is well used but clean and sweet vintage bathrooms. Staff is friendly and interactive! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
christopher everson: The classic Downtown Flint bar! Friendly staff and a proper Pont of Guinness!!
Will Fuller: Classic burgers, tasty apps, and generous portions. Old school, small town bar and grill feel. Best prices for quality food downtown. Friendly staff and regular clientele.
Charles Nagy: Burgers were great. Staff was very friendly.

On-Fire Hookah: what do users think?
Patrick: Friendly staff, comfortable seating, and plenty of TVs.
PsychicSource34: Good place nice vibes and good hookah
Victoria Nelson: Not awful, but not one of my faborites. Quick lite coals, and it was hard to get someone over to change the coals. Really expensive, comparatively speaking, to other local(ish) hookah bars.
Shari Stafford Appoh: On Fire is a great place and the people are fantastic to bed around. Its a place to relax enjoy but most of all have and awesome Hookah. They know how to mix the flavors and you will enjoy it.
Crystal Odom: Nice chill spot
Mary Boulos: This lounge has amazing hookah at such a reasonable price. The service was great 10/10 recommend.
Dill: Don't bother getting a hookah from here. I got a to-go hookah that had zero shisha. So much for $20. There's better places around. Head to GB or just grab a travel one from the 8 other places around town that sell hookahs.
Rebecca Metcalf: I loved everything about the place! It was expensive but nice.
Thomas Stasiak: This is the spot for Hookah/Shisha! Karim and Sandy are amazing people and always friendly and outgoing! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone
Mary Jo Pouillon: Owner is super nice. Space is great. Only improvement needed is lounging chairs; they got uncomfortable after a little while. Will visit again, though!
haniyyah triplett: Really cool chill place, enjoyed my time there everytime i go........only thing i say they need would be led lights and music at times.
قناه ابو شاكوش مرقص الكل بنت مصر: Very good surface and clean place
David Estep: Great place to smoke, quit atmosphere
bigmikeondabeat1: Cool place to chill out
zakir 1011: Surprisingly good

Omar Niwash: Amazing hookah heads and good atmosphere. Friendly staff and owner.
Savanah Barnes: Very chill and friendly atmosphere. Would return and recommend. We played cards and sat back. They also have TVs, private areas, and you can rent playstations. Also have board games, and tons of flavors!
Sasha Campbell: What a great lounge ! The customer service was great, the space is well kept, and the hookahs are definitely cleaned and maintained for a crisp, smooth pull. I highly recommend this shop if you live in Flint or you're just visiting.
LaShayla Lee: I love it here!! Nice vibes, friendly staff and good selection!!
EBV: Best hookah in the flint area. Owner, Karim, is the nicest and always gives the best service.
