Christopher McGahey: The worst customer service by a lumberyard I have ever dealt with. Jeff was my salesman who promised me that my lumber would be available on a certain day. I had to call him to check on it before they closed it did not show up that day he then proceeded to tell me it may be within the next two or three days. I waited three days call them again right before close to be told that it did not show up and I will not have it for the weekend they are closed. This is now two dates that I was promised to have my materials no call no show of materials. Like I told Jeff I understand that things happen but to not call a customer or at least warn about a delay and to promise me for two delivery dates and nothing shows up inexcusable. Jeff then proceeded to hang up on me when I was trying to ask him questions and ask for a manager. Now I am out time money for my crew and way too much hassle.

Denise Spencer: This use to be a great store but now that Gilroys has bought it out, not so much. Just had 2 20lb propane tanks filled and they only put 4lbs of propane into each tank. A 20 lb tank holds 4.6lbs of propane. So beware you're getting cheated .6lbs every 20lb tank your getting filled.. ride off.

(this is being way to nice) We worked with Mitch who treated me like my order didn't matter because I wasn't a big contractor. Very little help picking out what we needed. Back and forth trips to get things right. $8000.00 and 2 months later our J channel does not match our special ordered shake siding. The color is not right. I was told TOUGH LUCK that is what the manufacturersent to go with the color you chose. No way will we be doing business with them again.

D Hogie: I have done at least three house remodels with ABC and have had significant problems with them getting the order correct and supplying me with the right products. This is not a fault of mine; I have detailed notes and documents identifying their mistakes. I also recently tried to take back my left-over soffit to the Pierson Road location. This soffit was a back order from Fenton location for 4 weeks, which they initially had me wait for 2 weeks and said it would be on the next truck coming in at Fenton AND IT WAS NOT! (after waiting two weeks!). When Larry did not have it and said nobody had it, I then called around and found the soffit in Wixom, which it was there the whole time of me waiting and Larry thinking he had to order it from Fenton. I took the hour and a half trip and picked up the rest of my soffit from the Wixom store. So, after I was done, I figured the closest store was the Flint store to my location so I would take the extra soffit back. They did not accept it, and I provided all detailed receipts, as they said I had to take it back to the Wixom store because they do not carry that soffit or color. Which if I were to call them, which is what I did when I left there, oh yeah they can order it no problem, does not make any sense when all the stores carry the soffit and ABC Supply is a company name and not a single distributor per location! This makes no sense as they are a corporation and have One name as a business. I called the Wixom location and they said yes, they should have taken it back and they would have just invoiced it and brought it back to the Wixom location as they have trucks constantly feeding that location. This is the worse customer service I have ever seen, and I would recommend doing business elsewhere in the future! I would suggest not doing business with the Flint location as they are very unorganized and unprofessional!!!!!
