Alex Poppen (Perry Auto Sales): Shipped a package here that Fed Ex would not ship due to the size. The manger Curtis was very helpful in assisting with our businesses large shipment. Took the time to package it correctly as it was very expensive and awkward. We forgot one of our tracking label. He went out of his way to contact us with it. As a business owner it’s very hard to find someone with professionalism and the care I was treated with at this store. Will be back because of this. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, was very thankful to have worked with someone with such competence in what they do.

Robert Morrill: This is the 2nd time I have had terrible customer service there. They do not honor there contract with amazon and give conflicting information between there policy and amazon. They put the price on the customer when they mess up. Very rude with customer service. Also no uniform with the employees. The "gentlemen" was dressed in street clothes. Please learn some quality, and customer service. The person next to me had the same problem and they wouldn't take her return, so obviously not an isolated issue, and very common, yet they wont fix it.... than blame the customer. If you can't honor a contract don't sign it.

Refused to communicate regarding my package that I requested be wrapped while I was waiting. Apparently they wrapped it in the back out of my view and then let me stand there for several minutes before telling me it had been wrapped (out of view), obviously indicating that they would like me to leave immediately without being able to see the way my package had been wrapped, despite having requested, twice.Although my review is directly related to THIS experience, I can say overall... it is obvious to me that UPS service has plummeted in the past several years. UPS used to be a highly reputable and well respected delivery service.Aside from this particular place, UPS has lost 2 of my Amazon orders/deliveries in the past month, not to mention the one (return) where I am STILL waiting for them to pick up from my house... I was told today that they give 3 me delivery attempts for the return label, but that without that exact return label, I am unable to return the item to Amazon. If they show up at all, I will be VERY surprised, based on the abysmal level of customer support/service I've been dealing with of late from this company.From this point on, I will do everything within my power NOT TO USE UPS!!!
Robbie Monck: I went here to drop off an Amazon return. It was very busy but the staff had a great attitude and kept us flowing. Some of the customers seemed frustrated but they need to learn patience they had at least 3 members of staff helping us quickly as they could with good attitudes and funny jokes. Amanda Smith: Had very important papers I had mailed twice out through them, with tracking and certification on them.They never got to the person they were mailed to and stated they were returned to the store. I called multiple times and created a dispute with USPS and they it came back that they had lost my mail. Because of this I had to restart my divorce over for the third time
Abigail: I dropped off a time sensitive Fedex package with a prepaid label that contained $250 worth of merchandise for a customer's event, which was scheduled to arrive 2 days after shipment. The package wasn't picked up and scanned until 2 weeks later, and during that time Fedex couldn't help me because it had never been scanned into their system. I spoke to 3 different employees of the store at different times during the 2 weeks where the package was missing and none of them offered any help at all or tried to look for the package, they simply told me that if it was dropped off it had to have been picked up and they were all very dismissive of the situation. I wouldn't recommend going here to ship time sensitive items, especially during the holiday season when shipments from all major carriers will experience delays. I also wouldn't recommend going here if you expect decent customer service if something goes wrong on their end.

Natalie Masha: If there were an option to give this business a negative rating, I would do it. I have used this company to send packages for several years and 2020 will be the last. My son has not been able to come home for Christmas for the last 2 years and has been homesick. I sent 2 packages to him in California on December 7th for Christmas to hopefully lift his spirits. I paid a significant amount of money to make sure they got there before Christmas. When he had not received them by December 16th, I tracked the packages to a city 2 hours away from my son. On further investigation, I found out the Postal Depot messed up, sending the packages UPS to a PO Box (my son lives in a rural small town no there isn’t any mail delivery to houses). The packages should have been sent via the US Postal Service. I called the Postal Depot and the owner said it was their mistake and would contact UPS and have the packages rerouted to a local store, with the packages being delivered by January 4th. So much for my son’s Christmas gifts! My son did not receive the gifts on January 4th, so I tracked the packages again and discovered they had been sent back to the Postal Depot (delivered on 12/29/2020 at 11:40am)!!! I never received a phone call stating the packages had been returned, so I went up there today to find out if they had the packages. Both packages were sitting up front behind the counter!!! While I did receive a full refund ($166), no apologies for messing up in the first place nor for not calling me at all about the returned packages!! I went straight to the Post Office and resent the boxes. It was $20 cheaper!! So did the clerk at Postal Depot make an error the first time or just pick the most expensive route possible because she knew it was important to me for the gifts to get there. Long rant short...I will never do business with Postal Depot again. Very bad customer service!!

When they realized they were going to have to pay 25 cents they made a scene and stormed out saying that they were going to leave a bad review so I'm here to make sure that customers are able to see what actually happened. Brianna Emeott: Returned several packages from Amazon along with one pair of New balance shoes. One Amazon package was sent to new balance, and the new balance shoes were sent to Amazon. New balance returned the package today stating no return could be processed due to items not being purchased from new balance (of course as it wasn’t the right item.) My shoes are lost. Ups says “there’s nothing we can do about it.” The receipt they give you with tracking numbers does not show anything in regards to what you returned nor is it stored in their system what was returned. Be wary of what you take in and let them package as you’ll just be told “sorry, nothing we can do about it” I’m now out $130.00!l for their mistake of wrong packaging. Make sure you take pictures and document everything that you do at this store!! Beyond mad, will tell everyone not to use.

Josie Marcum: The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in on Friday because I had a note on my front door stating I had 3 packages waiting at the UPS store in Clio. I gave the young woman working there my name, and she came back with 2 packages. I told her the note had stated there were 3 packages. She yelled at me that someone must have made a mistake, because she did not have another package for me. Very irritating, but I took my 2 packages and went home. After checking my tracking information, the UPS website stated my package had arrived to the UPS store on Thursday and was in fact there. I waited until Monday in case there was some mistake, but the tracking info still stated it was at the store. So, tracking info in hand and the website open on my phone, I went back in on Monday afternoon. The same young woman was at the front desk, with two other women also working this time. I gave my name again and she could not find my package. She started to walk away from me, so I tried to explain to her that the UPS website said it was there and that it had arrived on Thursday. She then tried to tell me that it must have been sent back with the returns on Friday. So I asked her why a package that had just arrived on Thursday would have been sent with returns one day later. She started yelling at me that she didn't have my package. I asked her why she was yelling at me, which made her yell more. Thankfully at this point another woman working there came up to the desk and explained that packages that are not picked up within 2 weeks are sent back. I told her the package just arrived on Thursday and showed her the tracking info on my phone stating the package was there and had just arrived on Thursday. She simply asked my address and looked it up, and found my package for me within 60 seconds. Luckily some of the workers at this store are sane, otherwise I would still not have the package. I'm still not sure why the first worker resorted to making up stories about returned packages and yelling at the customer instead of asking for the address or tracking number. She should be fired if she cannot handle the simple task of typing in info and handing customers packages. She also did not have a mask on either time I was in the store, which is truly a huge insult to Healthcare workers like myself.

J: UPDATING REVIEW DUE TO SMART RESPONSE FROM OWNER!!I did call before posting this review and got an attitude from the person who answered the phone, they put me on hold and never picked back up. I should have added that in the original review, but thanks for reminding me why I'll never step foot in that building again. Good luck to you!!!Dropped a small box off to be shipped a week ago, cost $26.39. I asked for a tracking number and was told that I couldn't get one until the package was processed and to leave my contact info for a text or email when complete. Still don't have a text with a tracking number, who knows if or when my package will be delivered. Will not be returnin
Stephanie Bindel: I wish I could give this place no stars. Absolutely terrible front desk person. Extremely unpleasant. Got there early and was told to come back at my appointment time. Of course I waited in my car. Noticed someone went in 10 till 11 which was also my appointment time. They let her sit in a chair and made me and my 2 other small children wait in line. The customer service was horrible. He knew I was waiting there 20 minutes prior. While standing in line I noticed all he did was watch tv that they had going on. I will be letting my friends and family to not utilize there identigo services or any services for that matter. I made sure to let 3 of my friends whom made appointment there for next week to save themselves a trip and go elsewhere. Thank god they won’t be going here. Some people just need a lesson in manners and customer service. Really sad considering this guy looked to be in his 50’s. DONT GO HERE! Rude as can be!
Kyle: Now that I have read other reviews for this place. I get why we had a horrible experience as well. Male employee at the front desk was rude, short, unaccommodating and you can see from the owner's responses to negative reviews online that they are unprofessional and unwilling to help or give good customer service or take accountability. Went there for fingerprinting for foster care license. The man argued with our licensing worker about a form that was obsolete, and he said he wasn't aware of that and refused to look into it. If you are a business don't refer people to them and if you are an individual id, go elsewhere so you don't waste your time.

Wouldn’t accept documents for IdentoGo even though on their website states list of acceptable identification. E-mailed them saying I was an 18 year old without valid ID even though I’m 24 with temporary valid license. I emailed the company and they stated that nothing has changed and should be able to use temporary license. Obviously hates his job/life
HS: I went here to have my fingerprints done and the man doing them was extremely rude. If you’re looking for someone that will be helpful and not mean, go somewhere else!

Nisar Mohammed: This place is not the place for fingerprint. Their system is always down. I have to reschedule twice. This place takes schedules even before they open.
Makenzee's World: Drove all the way 30 min after making an appointment to have my finger prints done got there for them to cancel my appointment with no notice . The least they could have done was given a courtesy call to let me know their machine was broken and they had to cancel my appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
