Jacob Butala: We had one of their snack boxes in our shop for a couple years with no issues until recently. Their driver would remove the box of snacks from the shop return with a full one and place a Post-It note with her next arrival time and any money owed (The difference between the snacks taken and the money in the box). This wasn't an issue, usually a few dollars, I would just take a walk around the shop and find out who may owe money or just pay it myself. Until the last few when the amount owed started to grow from upwards of $10-20.One day I found that two employees had covered the difference without knowing the other had already covered it. They driver still took the box, which had more money in it than necessary and didn't inform anyone that we over payed. This made me very suspicious.The next time she took the box, again without informing anyone and counting the money and snacks outside of the building and left a note saying we were short $32.50 ( I believe the full value of the box is around $80). This was getting ridiculous. I called to make a complaint and after speaking with what I assume to be a manager I was told the employee is supposed to inform us if we are short and go over the shortage with us. Multiple times the driver had walked into our break room, while employees we're present, and left with the box and never told anyone. The manager very kindly told me she would talk to the driver and call me back. I never received a call, so I placed $32.50 in the box and was going to tell the driver take remove the box next time she arrived. Fast forward to today and the box was refilled with all the money removed with a note saying we still owed $32.50. Not even a word spoken to anyone.I'm not accusing anyone of stealing money but this business practice is very shady without the transparency of showing what was taken and what was owed. I'm not the type of person to let my employees just take something without paying and always went above and beyond to make sure the debts were payed. For a company who's business model works on the honor system this is a very dishonorable business practice.Update: When the driver returned to take the box, they claimed to have forgotten to change the amount owed to 0. Based on previous incidents I believe if we payed an additional $32.50 they would have taken that anyways and not informed us. The driver seemed to want us to keep the box and didn't want to take no for an answer ( I'm guessing the number of stops they have affects their pay), even though I told the manager on the phone I did not want to talk with the driver.

Diana Waara: Avoid this Company at all costs. This company "services" our vending at work. They leave the machine empty for months on end when they do stock it back up they fill it with expired pop. I just bought a soda out of our machine at work and it had expired 2 YEARS ago. We have called them several times to fix these problems and nothing has changed after months and months. They always tell us they will have someone come out and remove the expired soda but no one ever comes.

K Flynn: They're a joke. The machine at my job stay with stale chips. After it happening twice and the machine not retuning change is when I finally complained. I left a note on the machine and they ignored it, I called and was told I'd get a call back and I never did. After leaving them a voice mail and it not being returned is when I figured they're crooks.

*&*- _ -: If i could give them less than 1 star i would.. Food in the vending machine is always expired, by months. When i call and tell them they send someone out and after they leave it still has expired food. Half the time it wont take your money, or give you change.

Coley needs to maintain their equipment better. If i owned a business i would not allot coley canteen to have a vemding machine in my establishment. Zach Goodheart: After multiple game transactions for my home, I decided to replace our previous (unreliable) vending company with Genesee Vending/All American. Haven't regretted it for a second. Refills are always on time and the few service calls we’ve had have been taken care of ASAP, even the same day! Great company to work with!
