Tharana Tharana: I drove 40 minutes for my last appointment with Corian’s massage therapist but he forgot to set up appointment for me so I asked for a refund because I don’t want to come back anymore. He denied. He told me to come back for the next time he can’t refund because it is my membership, not prepaid session. He can’t refund the membership payment that happened before I canceled a membership.But my membership was included a session and I showed up for my appointment but his massage therapist was not.He doesn’t think he have to take any responsibility, he doesn’t care how far I have to drive.I canceled my membership and tried to get my last appointment with someone else because he scratching his body a whole session. It’s awful.
Sarah Rivers: Had a massage and I cant complain! I was experiencing lower back/sciatic pain and let me tell you, I feel so much better. I was apprehensive about going due to my pain, afraid that it might make it worse. At that point I had tried everything else (rest, pain pills light, light stretching, heat/ice, chiropractic care), and I just needed something to work.I'm a little sore, but otherwise, the pain has gotten better! Corian did well and was cordial.I definitely plan to patronize the business again.

Spacelover 900: Place was clean. Massage therapist started by complaining about how tired he was and it was entirely too hot in there. The parking lot is not well lit. Then, to top it off, it was the worst massage I have ever had. I have had several professional massages and this was awful! He kept scratching his arms during my massage and not washing his hands, his cell phone went off and I think he responded to it. Never even massaged my neck or feet....just an overall horrible experience!

Yee Yee: The things they sell are nice and cheaper priced however every time I have gone there I have had a negative experience. The workers rush you, will stop helping you to help new customers, give you nasty looks and make snarky comments. My friend had adjusted a bracelet to get a better look at it and when she picked the one she wanted the lady said “I’ll go get you one that hasn’t been touched” and walked off from us then was rushing us after she stopped helping us to help a customer who just walked over for 8 minuets straight. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they seriously need to hire some more decent less rude staff as it seems like many people have been complaining about the low level of customer service for months.

I'd make sure to ask for and keep your receipt if you go here because half of the holders I got had stick holes that were too small for the sticks and could not be returned without a receipt even though I was never offered one.

Katelyn Allen: Called the store to see if they were open on Labor Day as some places are and others aren’t. Sage answered the phone so I asked the hours for today. With an extremely rude response I was informed they weren’t open today. It’s Labor Day. My husband and I had a couple questionable bad experiences with her. The first time we were up there she was super rude to us as we also had our pup with us. We will definitely be coming somewhere else from now on. If a place isn’t open typically the phone doesn’t get answered. Will definitely be informing others of this as well.
Imma Hoglin: I would give it a zero if I could. The sales lady is very rude, unfriendly & uninviting. Overall mean & I sensed she held a bitterness against minorities. She treated her kind with better assistance. I regret buying from this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
