Terry Randall: Worst service ever for a low grade newspaper. Lucky if I get the paper once a week let alone the 4 days I pay for. Talked to the subscription manager several times with only excuses. He can't do his job, no wonder the carriers don't do theirs. Save your money and get the TCTIMES.

Now, there are stories you can't read unless you log in or subscribe. News headlines and articles have glaring grammar and spelling errors. I only wish there was another news source for Flint.

Ann Kurzyniec: Cancelled our subscription but was called a few weeks later to renew with the promise of a $25 gift card. No gift card and have been trying to get it since July. I am told every time that it will be sent in two weeks but never get it. They stated it was going to my junk folder so I gave a different email. I get the digital paper with no issue but they can't seem to send the gift card to those email addresses. They pulled the same scam with my mom as well. She never received her gift card either.

Norma K: Flint Journal have the worst delivery service. Day I would not get a paper and told would get refund, no refund. They would throw paper on ground and also put one in box. Nothing worse that wet papers to pick up. Canceled and they still deliver and continue to find papers snow covered on ground. Never deal with them again. No refund either. horrible horrrible

John Harris: Sunday December 11 , the first major snow storm and my paper was thrown on the driveway. REALLY ! I have a paper tube !!!!! Under the mail box. I didn't think I got my paper. I found it by accident with my snowblower. This isn't summer or Florida. Please tell your carriers to use some common sense.

James Bowers: More than enough issues with this new company. I purchased home delivery from them and the delivery driver has no respect for my news paper. It was left in the driveway with no bag during the summer months (rain or shine) and some times barley made it to my driveway. When filing a complaint with the paper company they offer a credit and offered to have a supervisor call. No supervisors ever called and my paper delivery never got better. Finally I cancelled the paper. When they asked why, I explained the same thing. Now they call me weekly and send me mailings to sign back up, but refuse to provide proper service.
