Ken Ross: This is now the 5th time I've tried to get a prescription called in on a Friday, only to be ignored. This is a pill for hormonal therapy. Not something that can get you high or even probably be sold on the black market for any money. If I need it and don't get it though I can be in a considerable amount of pain. I called today, shortly after lunch. As soon as I noticed the pain starting, about 1:30 PM. Had to call about 6 times before anyone answered as I've already left messages several times about several different types of issues I needed addressed and only ever been ignored when leaving a message. So I finally got through to be told that of course this is not a big deal at all. They will surely have my prescription called in by the end of the day. It is right now 5pm, the office is closed after I've spend the last 30 minutes calling repeatedly to only be ignored. Now I will sit through the entire weekend in pain over a phone call that wasn't placed. This is the worst doctors office I've ever been to, and being a Flint resident, that's saying something.TLDR;If you have any type of issues that need serious care please don't go here. Their level of negligence toward patient care could actually cause you to die if your issues happen to be severe. Find a doctor who cares. These ones do not.
Pooh’s Recipe: They never answer the phone, they never send over prescriptions when they’re supposed to, they only ever fill an 1 month supply of a medication and make you schedule unnecessary appointments once a month for refills on prescriptions.
Scotty B: This large corner business does not clean their sidewalks after a snow. Not very neighbourly...and not at all what one would expect from Hurley.

Rachael Green: I see Dr Stevens and if you value your time, you don't want to come here. She takes 2 hours to complete a routine visit.
Antonio Padilla: Dr. Cooks was very personable, the staff was very helpful, and it was all done so quick and painlessly!
Tina Jolly: Management staff gives incorrect billing charge information. Don't return calls after 7 voicemails left. Doctor trys to order expensive tests just because I lost 46 pounds in 2 years with changing jobs. No medical reasons for expensive tests. I don't recommend this specific office. I changed to different location

Thomas Rice: Switched here 2 years ago, after reading reviews that Dr. Saeed was a great primary. Through the cavalcade of health issues I've experienced from mental health to gunshot wounds they've been there every step to help. The lobby can be crazy at times, but the staff have always been great to me.
Tom Erickson: Avoid this place like the plague. 1 day after being released from the hospital after major surgery I simply needed a referral for my hmo for in home healthcare, which is needed next day, and a referral to my surgeon. All they had to do was call my health insurance Co and say yes. I arrived 20 minutes early, waited another 45 to be called into the exam room, and then waited another hour in the exam room, for someone to take my blood pressure.. when the cult like PA came in he wanted to dress some 60 Staples on my chest and stomach, which ARE REQUIRED TO BE OPEN AIR, and tried to get blood tests from me for what it seems to charge me more money. DO NOT LET THEM PUT A NEEDLE IN YOU HERE. After this entire debacle the front desk informs me that referrals take two weeks. WTF? Simply unacceptable. If you have a doctor here I emplore you to find a new one. On a side note there are serious crack dealers on every corner of this place. They will probably provide better care than the so called healthcare professionals that work here.
Holly Keel: The nurse was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and when she gave my boyfriend a shot he couldn't believe she gave him a shot b-cuz he didn't even feel it!!😀

kasi hall: I love it here. Dr. Dasher is fantastic and the rest of the staff is amazing as well. One of the PA's actually discovered a heart condition in my daughter that we had otherwise had no idea about. I am so grateful for them.

Carmen Alfaro: Ugh. Yikes. There's a few diamonds in the rough here, but overall? Not worth it. The wait times can be incredibly long, but ultimately, there's no reward - you'll receive service that's usually pretty subpar or uninterested. Instead of being referred to a specialist for pressing health issues, I was told they were either unimportant or to deal with them in some menial way like taking over the counter pills for issues I'm now seeing specialists for. I heard nurses gossip about patients and each other based on 'negative physical attributes' is all I'm going to say.When I finally went to transfer away, it was a nightmare, as I had an incredibly difficult time getting my records over despite having pressing health issues. This office offered pretty much no help.To the one or two good doctors who do work here? Please just leave so this place can finally dissolve or whatever it's going to do so people can't be this ignorant about leaving their healthcare in such poor hands.Take care of yourself people, pick a good doctor and a good office. You deserve better than this.
Katie Marie: Seriously the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered. I have never been so embarrassed and so frustrated in my life. This secretary is screaming at me about my medicaid (that i don't have) and as I try to explain I don't have Medicaid but pay for my insurance through my work she continues to tell me to call my caseworker. I again explain I DO NOT HAVE MEDICAID OR A CASEWORKER BUT A COMPANY HMO. She tells me that i need to leave and because my insurance is no good all while the waiting room is full and other patients are starting to get uncomfortable. I go sit down and she continues to laugh and make fun of me while the window is open people start laughing. I call my insurance company who them verified with the woman in the front that i do have insurance and the receptionist hangs up on her. I honestly could have lost it. Instead i explained my frustrations to my doctor and how my hippa rights were violated and he just apologized for my inconvenience. Time for a new office.
