Chris Johnson: Purchased a patio door. Rep on the phone was great with answering questions and taking my order. Price was a bit lower than competitors. For a $900 door (special size for mobile homes) the website states a fuel surcharge fee of $10 for deliveries south of M-55 (which I am) - minimum $250 order. However I was told that the website needed to be updated and that the fee was $50. Ugh still lower cost than competitors. Door arrived on time, driver was friendly however the door was not wrapped or packaged in anyway and was absolutely filthy. The driver claimed “our warehouse is dusty”. This door was made by Lippert Components, Inc (according to the sticker) and although it met the specifications stated the screen door frame came with some damage that obviously occurred when attaching the handle too tight. The weatherstripping was poorly applied and too long in places causing the screen to not slide properly as well.Capital Supply gets a 3/5 from me for good customer service but poor storage conditions and misrepresentation of delivery fees on their website.The manufacturer could definitely pay better attention to detail especially on a $900 door.

They made sure are other gas appliances were lit before they left. Everything was cleaned up and vacuumour carpet before they left. Kayla in sales and service kept usinformed of everything going on. They gave us a great price with great service. Would definitely recommend Capitol Supply toanyone. And thank you to both crews indoor and outdoor that didan excellent job.

They are very knowledgeable too in their Trade & many of the Employees there have lots of experience ,& years Working at Capitol.
