From the very start it was bad we was sent another couples forms that live in Swartz creek giving us all their information (credit scores address job etc) Then they got that squared away, turned in all our forms check stubs etc. Credit scores of a 730. Now they told us time for Appraisal which was $425 and we was set to go. Paid for the appraisal, got the appraisal, house came back $80,000 over what we owe. ALL FOR NOTHING. Switches everything around to now I'm sorry we can't refiance you and GHOSTED! PENNY DITCH TONYA AND GO BACK TO SIMPLE MORGAGE WHERE EVERYTHING WAS A BREEZE. We have been going through penny on all our houses for 9 years and we will never come back after this!

Previously this year I called and talked with Hall Finacial about mortgage options and after dealing with multiple loan officers that never called me back for weeks in the middle of getting pre approved, and another that decided that an obvious part of gathering information wasn’t part of his job (most likely because I am paid on commission instead of an easy salary), I got David Poules’ number from my brother who was also in search for a home. Right away it was clear David knew what was needed for commission based jobs and made it a simple process of getting pre-approved. Throughout the entirety of buying a home and getting a mortgage, David would answer his cell phone whenever I called and was always professional, yet very personable to talk with. There wasn’t a single time that he made me or my wife feel like just another number to the sales goal. I have had too many experiences in the past with other businesses where there’s an unwillingness of people to do their full job and do it well, which is why I would and have already recommended David to as many people that I know looking for information on getting a mortgage.
