Corinna White: JJ the salesmen was phenomenal, but the business overall was absolutely ridiculous. And if ever purchasing another harley it certainly won't be there.They allowed me to purchase a harley before it had went through customs, when looking at it they said everything was good after signing paperwork,and dealing with a financing company they had never worked with before they then told me my bike needs to go through customs,end up being alot wrong that needed to be addressed from needing new tires, a new stater. After being told it would be delivered on a certain day that had been changed to another say which lead to another day,so finally being delivered on a Saturday an entire week later after purchasing harley said it would be delivered early afternoon only to be delivered at 3pm mind you the business closed at 4pm. I wasted an entire day waiting on it to be delivered for "early" afternoon. Once the bike was in my garage, it was noticed that I was missing the backrest to my seat,so I then called there was told I never came with the back rest I then sent pictures showing there was a back rest, harley then had a employee deliver it on his own time. Few days later I went to put gas in my bike only to notice that the gas lock was broke, called back there told them they then had the same employee deliver a push button thing, cool I'm greatful for this employee to deliver these things in his own time. I was willing to let it all go, until it's now been 3 weeks, and I still don't have my plate so here I go again calling there to inquire my plate. JJ put me on a brief hold to find out what was going on, low and behold my plate had been sitting on someone's desk with a stack of others. Pretty nice of them to give a "free" t-shirt when purchasing a motorcycle, but when given the run around for weeks, a free t-shirt isn't much and isn't enough for me to give a positive review.With that being said, I'll certainly not be back there.

I called first thing and it was ready, went up to his shop:He put washers on my engine mounts for me, oiled my clutch, touched up my chain tensioner, cut my chain down from 10ft to fit my bike and installed it, all for the original quote of $20, thank you Mike! You have my business!

Terry McKinch: Vehicle City has some knowledgable staff. I always am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. James behind the counter is more than helpful with parts and Donny is a wonderful salesman. The only issue I have is that it takes a long time to get parts, otherwise, I would leave 5 stars for a review. Are they the cheapest, no, but they will deal and they are quick to service you.

David Gauthier: I have recently been looking at 2 dirt bikes one for my daughter and wife. Vehicle City's may have all the major brands but their sales staff is not educated on their product. I came to the store with minimal research and found out quickly that they could not answer my questions and that i actually knew more than they did.Then it came time to discus price they were over a $150 more on a $1500 motorcycle than my other quote i told this to Tommy and he went back and forth with his boss but would not budge on price. Their best response was your already here why not buy from us. I then left and took my business C&C in brighton.A few weeks later i was looking at another slightly larger bike. I was in the area stopped by talked to another sales man and found the same lack of knowledge. Got a Price that seemed high and told him i would be taking their price and comparing it with other dealers and was told that i would likely not find a better deal and that their setup cost and other fees were less than many others. He then said well if you do find a better price we could probably beat it. At which point i told him about my previous experience and said i didn't believe anything he just told me.I then went to Lapeer Honda at this point and found they staff to be knowledgeable and with their first price quote $450 cheaper than Vehicle city.I will not be going back to Vehicle City for any major purchases

Kevin Johnson: I purchased a (new) Kawasaki Voyager in June 2012, Sales Depart. was great!. The bike now has 24,000 miles on it, always serviced here with NO issues, Service Dept. and Service Mgr. Scott do a GREAT job!

Senior Chief: I have delt with this dealerships parts dept 4 different times over the past year and I will not go back ever. Dont be fooled even if you call ahead and ASK them to check the shelf to make sure they have the part and they state they do, when you show up after driving 100 miles the part wont be there and they want you to order it. One time after I called and then showed up I stood at the counter for 20 min alone before someone showed up and instead of asking if I need help they just fumbled around like they were doing something, then a persone walked in off the street and stood next to me and they had the gall to ask him if he needed help. Dont even think about asking for information about parts on line because they will not answer your message. There parts dept needs an overhall before I ever return. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to a dealer that takes care of the customers next time.
