Kris Griffin: Great introduction and experience to ice climbing in lower Michigan! Garett and staff were very helpful to an occasional climber, they have all the equipment you’ll need!
Kosta El Greco: Great place to get introduced to ice climbing and keep in shape! All the gear is available for rental if needed and day passes are quite reasonable. Garret is always super friendly and helpful! There's also dry tooling and a room for altitude training in low oxygen conditions available.

V M: Great staff - very helpful and attentive. Had lots of fun learning and climbing. A bit crowded after 11 am. If you are thinking about it, just do it!

Francisco Contreras: Peabody is fantastic. It is an old orchard that has been converted to a training facility including: ice tower, low oxygen chamber, cabins(for camping with on site bathrooms), and a weight room. Garrett is the owner. He runs his business with a personal touch. He ensures he knows his guests by name and takes care of all of their needs, from classes to gear. He has created a fun and welcoming environment for the new climber and provides a great training ground for the seasoned alpinists.

bruce stephen: I had a great experience here. Garret is super friendly and knowledgeable. The climbing was very fun. Its not hard to find as you can see the tower from the road. There is a clubhouse with a wood burning stove and seats to relax. The equipment that I rented was in great shape. Definitely worth checking out if you want to try ice climbing. I plan on visiting again before winter ends☝
