Rebecca Lang: Fantastic customer service. You can tell that he loves music. Does the best work in town. Answers all of your questions. And explained everything in detail to my son about how to clean and properly care for his instruments.

Omar Arman: Took my flute in because it was not playing right they told me I need new pads so I paid $250 and played it 2 times and it still wasn’t playing right so I took it somewhere else and they said that they put one pad on right and the rest were shimmed and all my keys were not straight so now I’m stuck paying another $500 to get it actually fixed I am very disappointed
Dan DeStefanis: Sherm’s did an excellent job on my father’s Tenor Saxaphone. They fixed only what needed attention and did not try to over sell any additional pad work. They fixed all the leaks and it plays and sounds great!I highly recommend Sherm’s.

Angie Clark: Anthony is more than helpful a super nice guy and really knows his instruments. We brought our Sax into get the pad replaced and had a missing key. The manufacturer does not even make anymore. He was able to find us a new one and get the sax back to good as new in a short time period. Just in time for school to start. They have been around for a long time and you know why!

Both horns play like new despite over 30 years or sitting in a closet and rough treatment in a high school band before that. The cost was very reasonable too...less than half of what I expected. I can’t wait to start playing again.

Gregory Wright: I've known Luke since 1984, and he's been honest and knowledgeable since before. My high school band director was learning instrument repair from him, and that saved me quite a bit of money. Luke taught this even though it was a business-reducing "shoot myself in the foot" move, probably so he could do more serious work, like to refinish my 1937 Selmer Balanced Action professional alto saxophone; he did a great job.

Ground Control: As a seasoned musician, I have certainly seen my share of decent and even fine repairs. However, I can easily say that the quality of their craftsmanship is nothing short of impeccable. They are sort of in a class all by themselves, especially for this region of the state (or state as a whole).
