Randi Wellman: My niece and I went here and I got to say they exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was nice and calming. However, the two gentlemen we had were just all around amazing! They made us feel great. This was our first time going into a nail salon and getting exactly what we asked for. This has never happened to me at any establishment but here! Pedicure was great, not too rough, good shaping, good polish. I went for a gel manicure on natural nails, having experienced both good and bad elsewhere. I will say BOB is probably the best with gel that I’ve ever had! He was incredibly focused and precise with every brush stroke. Amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for seeing me.

We (blacks) have got to stop patronizing these salons who don't value us or our money. Needless to say, I will not be back and do not recommend this horrible nail salon.

So I waited and then the receptionist said that Briana cancelled my appointment because she texted me last night to confirm my appointment. I have no text or missed calls from her. However I did receive a call 2 days ago for an appointment confirmation call and I thought that was all I needed to do.Very unprofessional. This would of been my first visit. Why would you cancel a person’s appointment due to you not being able to reach them to confirm anyways? If it’s a requirement then I can understand. Lisha C: Went here once and it was affordable & quick, but the next two times were so painful. The guy doing my nails uses the drill on such a high level that it burns my actual nail. My natural nails have been so grinded down by two additional visits that my nails continue to split and won't grow out anymore. I continued to go here because it was cheap, but I started going back to my previous nail place. I'd rather pay more for healthy nails than be in pain the whole process.
Apryl Adams: Small little place and usually busy good to call ahead but quality is great. I'm incredibly picky and this is usually my first choice.

One was getting a pedicure which was almost done and one getting nails done which was also almost done. I asked for a delux pedicure and the lady said No we don’t do delux, the salon down the street does tho. I said okay that’s fine I’ll still get a regular pedicure. Then I asked her if she she could take my nails off as well (note I did not want a new set just a take off…The lady very rudely said no I don’t have time. I there is only two people in here mam and she said I don’t have time! I ask her what time do they close and she disregarded my question and said there is customers on the way. But it is odd that on other reviews multiple people said they don’t take appointments. So basically I take it as she just didn’t want to service me. So much for a first impression. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Will not be returning
Alexa Diamond: I walked into this establishment today for a soak off (it smelled very sour inside). I am rating one star. As a minority, to walk into an establishment and immediately be DENIED services is unacceptable in 2023.Most nail salons at least say hello, what do you need. Not this one. I instantly got rejected and told to wait an hour. Basically as soon as I walked in, smiling and ready for a simple soak off, I was met with "We can't help you".I would never recommend this salon. If you don't have enough staff , at least be willing to greet new customers... at least consider that some races have historically been denied services based on prejudices and this can be triggering.
Debbie S.: This was my first visit today (1/21/2023). I called in advance to get the price of a pedicure. Tina told me it's $30.00. I arrived. Pleasant atmosphere. Ken (who was very nice) did my pedicure but was on his cellphone alot in between giving me the pedicure.When it was time to check out, Tina told me "it will be $35.00." I told her that I was the one who called and asked her the cost of a pedicure and that she told me $30.00. She said she didn't say that but she did. Then I asked her to add a $5.00 tip for Ken and she added $10.00. I told her I said $5.00 tip not $10.00 so she gave me $5.00 back in cash.I know as humans we all make mistakes but this did not leave a good impression on me.I'm not sure if I will return. Something to think about. (I am open for second chances but will think about it) ✨🙏✨

Nick Hill: Stopped in today 10/17 and asked for a cut down, acrylic w/ shellac polish. I showed them a very simple picture of what I wanted and they simply said ok pick your colors. After expressing that I couldn't find any orange colors she said she would help and never did. At the end of getting my nails done, he said very rudely, go pick a color. I’m not sure why they couldn’t just point out a couple colors that they thought would look good with the look I was going for. Also, my nails are horrible. None of them are the same length, I have two crooked nails and after not finding any of the colors I wanted I asked for a very subtle pink and got a Barbie pink. Stephanie Herald: This is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had after getting them multiple places now for 4 years.Polish was not soaked off, he just used the drill to scrape it off. I pulled away multiple times because it hurt and he was making my nails completely brittle but he just kept doing it. Most of my nails are uneven and have pieces gouged out of them. He acknowledged the defects and just painted over them or did nothing. Trina G: I have had nothing but great experiences at this salon but today I am very very disappointed… they didn’t have the clear pink I love… was told that it is popular.. if there is a certain color that is popular, please keep it in stock. Also I got a French manicure.. later that day (yesterday)my tips turned black in the corners. The first thing I thought was it was something i did but it wasn’t.. I relaxed and didn’t do much of anything…and also it is shellac. and also my toes also turned black on the tips… don’t understand it…I am not happy but this review needs to be posted for the staff to see…I paid over $100 and now I have to find somewhere else to go to fix it … I can’t go back here because in the last couple of months I have had to return the next business day to have my nails redone.. I don’t have that kind of time to waste….I went on Saturday the pictures are taken the same day.. I would only like for JJ and TY to do my nails but they are always booked up.. they rock! I have been frequenting this salon for over 7 years…. Well not again… My nails are a mess!!!Please use clean clear polish when using clear….Now 4 days later the clear and white part of the so called French manicure has also turned gray which leads me to believe that when you are using the clear polish on patrons that have color… their nails r not dry and the color is coming off in the clear polish…Service:Gel manicures

I have never been to such a considerate and receptive nail salon. For anyone looking for a place to get your nails done- GO to EPIC!!!!!!First time at the salon: EXCEPTIONAL! They got me in right away when I called to make an appointment. I have been to so many nail salons over the years, and this is the first place the nail tech made my nails exactly like the picture I provided! I'm shy to speak up when something doesn't look the way I want, but the nail tech asked me questions the entire time and tried to make sure my nails looked exactly like the picture I provided. She took her time and was very careful through the entire process.This was my first time at this salon, and I will most DEFINITELY be returning for all future appointments!!!!

Avery Gibson: I did not have a good experience here. I did not get the shape, color, or length that I wanted even though I was very specific about what I wanted. I got cut five times, and I have gaps as if I need a fill and I literally just got them today, and several nails are crooked/misshapen. On the wall it says forty dollars for a full acrylic set. I got no designs or extra anything and was charged sixty-five after I was asked what kind of job I have and if it pays well. Precious Brown: The salon is nice.The tech was horrible. First row - first seat closet to aisle.I have been getting my nails done since the 90’s and this was by far the worst experience ever! Not one of my nails were alike in girth, shape or thickness - even after I had him “fix” them.After two days some of my stones fell off and because I was out of town I couldn’t go back. By day 5 I had 3 nails lifting so I had to find nail glue in another country.He over charged me based on their listed prices but that was no big deal I just made it his tip. However, I can’t excuse the fact He doesn’t know how to handle a woman’s hands. Very rough with no regard to cuticles.The pictures are day 10…I hope they get better so the business thrives but they have to do it quick.At the end of the day it was my fault for not vetting the right establishment first. Design A Wig Workshop: I got a full set from Ben today. I honestly do think my top coat could be smoother, (dust underneath topcoat because they don’t ask u to wash your hands after acrylic :( ) . I noticed that the ombré also is little blotchy & cuticles are bleeding. Shape is okay, could be more CRISP but he didn’t use a new file like I asked. When I told him that he responded with okay. Then as I was waiting I looked at the prices, none of them match each other. I asked for a checkered design with a happy face and he said it couldn’t do it. I don’t mind that it was the fact he was trying to get me to do it and charge me 75$. Abby Lane: I had gone to get my nails done for my birthday. The first time I went there was a gentleman who did my nails. Nails were thin and chipped within 24 hours. Went back and had all 10 nails removed before a young lady applied my new set. The set was thick and lasted for a week before the sides started to pop up. They were friendly, clean, and had random movies showing. This place was not for me, but over all the lady that owns it works hard and tries her best. Cynthia Murphy: I would encourage anyone looking to have a gel manicure or pedicure to look elsewhere.I am not sure exactly what the issue is, but the gel polish just does not stay on. When I was there getting my toes done, the technician went to file and smooth the edge of the toes and three of the five polishes popped off in one piece. She redid them.By the next afternoon, three were missing. They just come off in one piece. I went back and they were not surprised at all to see me. She redid the toes, but as of today, exactly two days later, a polish is missing.I paid $52 for the service and a $10 tip.They need to either switch manufacturers of this product or get new machines. Again, I don't know what the issue is but it's ridiculous at this point. I would not return for this service again.Service:Pedicure

Yesterdayi went here for a soak off and as a minority woman, i was instantly told that they are closed (it was only 4pm) and to come back tomorrow. There were like 4 or 5 customers. All i wanted was a soak off.... at least consider that some races have historically been denied services based on prejudices and this can be triggering!The salon looked very dirty. L To: I got my hands done and the guy cut all my fingers. Not only that he kept pushing the skin around my fingers back super hard. I kept asking him to be softer and not cut me his response was your skin is dry. It WASNT! Then when I looked at the shape it was not what I asked for which was a med length almond shape. The nails were rough around the edges where he didn’t file. I’ve only had them done for a week and they are lifting. Very uneven. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
