Chevy Commons County Park: what do users think?
bodrell bodrell: Nice trail system along the Flint River just east of downtown. Not very scenic but nice place to "get your steps in" (if that's your thing) and take the dog for a walk or bike ride. Wide paved trails.
BullOnWallSt: Great place to bike and walk when in Flint
Shirlie Evans: Great place to walk and think. I sse Lots of walkers and bike riders.
Darrell: Promising and up and coming a very present part of Flint's revitalization..with an unlimited success potential looking forward to whts up coming
Amy Reese: I love walking the trails here. The views are pretty awesome too.
kurt sherwood: Turning into a nice little park
Reid sanders: Flint can dump all the money they want in to “nature parks “, but until they fix the infrastructure and tear down the burned out houses and buildings throughout the city, not likely the “park” will attract anyone. Except crime. And before you BUILD a park it’s generally a good idea to establish a need for it. Flints population has declined so drastically due to no jobs, who is going to actually use this space? And does the city even have the money to maintain the space? I acknowledge the well-meaning intentions of this but for God’s sake TEAR down the blight. I left Flint due to poor management. The water crisis was the last straw.
Lamarr English: Very good trail. Love how they cleaned up the area and it runs all the way to the river.
mond reiter: Beautiful place to sorta find peace in the middle of the City. The walking path is nice. It will become a very nice place in another decade when the trees grow up
scott morgan: Nice place to take your dog for a walk
G Dubb: My daughter's first crim race
Rick Crannie: I have been walking here since it opened. Looking forward to kayaking river after new kayak rental opens, probably 2022 it the pace it's going
Devonairé LeSure (The Living Shadow): Lovely stroll around da Kettering College 👨🏾‍🎓👨🏾‍🎓👨🏾‍🎓🎓🎓🎓🎓
James Darby: Always a pleasant walk at Chevy Commons.
Todd Davis: They have actually cleaned this area up, but you still have to be careful, and weary of strangers.
Sheena Tipton: Best place in the city to walk if you like scenery!!!
John Albright: Beginning stages of a great place to come bicycle, future kayaking launch site, and commons area.
Crystal Hurteau: This was a great place to have the Crim Kids Invitational for 2019! The park is beautiful by the river and the course was really well kept up. A pleasure to run on! It was able to hold so many people it was amazing watching the crowd! Very safe area near Kettering. Close to all things downtown.
LIGHTHOUSE “LIGHTHOUSE” THE GOD: Great firework location
Karra Smith: Was there for fire works display was wonderful
Mark Crane: last night i witnessed one of the best fireworks displays I've ever seen. lots of people out enjoying themselves on a great piece of land with no issues. great place!

Rockelle Romano: Lots of bugs, couldn't even walk the trails. I was gagging. Water was extremely dirty. Public bathrooms still weren't open. Porta Potty's were miserably dirty.
George Gamache: Beautiful sunny day in a forested area. Lovely way to spend the day.
Antwan Quinney: Beautiful and fun
pankaj: This park and waterfall was surprisingly good. The park was peaceful and serene. The calmness around the park and then the sound of the waterfall was both relaxing. I don't know why the water was kind of a muddy color. The park looks natural. It is worth visiting if you are someone from around.
Katie Coombs: Love this park. Well paved trails, beautiful scenery, friendly people and dogs. Family friendly before dusk. I probably wouldn’t go there after that.
Rebecca Metcalf: It's one of my happy places. Genesee County has the most County Parks in Michigan.Restrooms: Seasonal restrooms.Dog-friendliness: Leash requiredPicnic area: Many picnic tables by water and in shade
Asher Svoboda: Beautiful place a little disappointed the lights weren't on. Took some good photos
Amber Worden: Let me just say, Although this place is beautiful, it isn't well maintained. I will say if you're a young woman, don't come here alone. It's sketchy. I also wouldn't let your teens hang out here without an adult.
Janet Rhodes: Tried to visit on 12/14/22. Google said the falls were open. Gate was locked when we arrived in the early afternoon. Oh well.
Gordon Hockin: Great place to sit back and relax

Karen A good one: Today we came to Bluebell Beach for a walk. Right now, the bathrooms are locked. I imagine the Park closes them after Labor Day.The beach was clean and the air smelled damp, with a small bit of ozone hanging in the air. A storm coming but not pouring down on us.The Geese were out and checking the perimeters. They always remind me of little Soldiers, ready to defend themselves. The playground was clean and the wood chips clean and well taken care of as well.My favorite part was enjoying the sounds of the birds, the lapping of the water and the beauty of all the nature. Trees changing colors especially!Get out and enjoy your Parks. Love our Nature and keep it clean.✌️❤️
