Jessica Bowers: I'm not impressed with this place at all. But we will see how my next visit goes. The only good thing I got was massage therapy 2-3 times per week. But to be honest I am really not sure yet how that's going to go. Anyways this place didn't listen to where I told them my pain was. I had to go for an MRI and when they told me what the order said. I said this is going to be a waste of my time. Well see though.

Brea Glenn (mssweet7): The worst pain management facility in Flint. Pill pushers who don't want to hear that the pills don't help. Regularly treat patients like addicts for trying to get relief from chronic pain. They've gotten so big that getting appointments takes forever and often appointments are made on your behalf without consulting your availability.More than once appointments have been made that required a driver that were cancelled at the time of or after the appointment time resulting in additional trips, lost work hours, and general inconvenience, with no regard from the staff.I was laughed at by faculty when I suggested there was a scheduling issue after waiting more than 3 hours for an appointment.My boyfriend received anesthesia for a procedure then 2 weeks later was told that they don't do anesthesia for that procedure. When he pointed out that he did have anesthesia the last time the staff member argued with him, called him a liar, and said that wasn't possible. I was there, I know for a fact anesthesia was used. This tells me either they had him scheduled for the wrong procedure, or one department has no idea what the other is doing, and either way, that's scary.I highly recommend going with one of the other pain management facilities in the area and avoiding this place like the plague.

gary delamielleure: Trying to find departments is extremely difficult . The check-in process is a joke. Plus their patient portal is no existent. I tried six times to establish an portal account each time I had to start over. Finally I went on line and found the doctors email address and it took her four days to respond. She said her email is seldom monitored. I would really suggest finding a medical organization that has proven methods for communications and patient services

Nicholas David: I had a wonderful experience at insight with getting an MRI done, seeing the chiropractor and going to pain management. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would recommend to anyone.
Rachelle Buchler: Insight is not the place to go if you expect pain management doctors to listen to you when you tell them about your health or what you have been through or are going through. Also expect when you actually speak to a LIVE person and give you an appointment time that you WILL get a machine recording and give you a different time. Now if you have complaints expect someone to call and basically call you a liar and tell you that they can only go by looking at the computer and talk to you like you don't know what you are talking about. I had to have a total knee replacement done and I was lucky and had Dr Gemayel as my surgeon and he is the BEST. He actually cares about his patients and he listens to you and has your best interest at heart and he shows it.

Theron Austin: As off 12/22 insight has change I think for the worst because the system is still they have still needs improvement because when they send you a checkin to your email and you still have to check in upon arrival to your appointment that is frustrating and irritating. When you get here you get the tablet and answer the questions when you leave you have to answer the same questions again and again that is frustrating. And the walking a mile to and from different parts of this place

Angela Shirley: Doctor seems good. Staff not so much. After leaving a review I received a phone call wanting to know if it said more. Nothing about our experience tho. Very unprofessional!!!! Never have I had someone call me about a review.lol at your response. Never did I tell you someone wouldn’t see him. What I said is they told me bring him to a surgeon. How dare spread false info. Also if you are following Covid rules then why allow people in the room at all? Now the bigger issue is you are playing with my sons medical care. Because I left a review you didn’t not do anything for my sons other appointments he needs, including an mri. I called yesterday to inquire and you lied and said you were waiting on insurance to give approval. I then told you that I called insurance and you never contacted them. You now call today and say you submitted it because I called you out on it. I knew you were going to lie and you ignored care my son needed because I left a bad review!! How dare you. I’m filing a complaint with the state as I type this in on hold. I’m also contacting my lawyer because I have you on recording lying. If you care about your life, do not go to this doctor. My son has a growth on his brain that they ignored over a bad review!!!! I promise I will do all I can to bring attention to the fact you put peoples life in jeopardy over bad reviews!!!also doctor, did I speak to you when I called? No I did not so you have no clue what was said to respond the way you did. You are a very Unprofessional doctor and your staff is even worse. I think what you did to my son may even be considered a crime. I definitely will be finding out.also my son just turned 19 and was told he has a growth on his brain. Of course he wanted his mother. Barbara Orzel: Dr. Khan literally saved my life by repairing my brain aneurism with a stent through an angiogram. And then when I went to her office for my follow up appointment two weeks later, not only were her office staff very pleasant, but Dr. Khan spent quite a bit of time with me answering every single one of my questions. I cannot thank her enough for her level of care and expertise in performing my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Khan to anyone who is facing neurological problems.
Kim Mathews: I wish there was a zero rating. My daughter in law was seen by Dr. Khan in the hospital after a fall which resulted in a subarachnoid hemorrhage and skull fracture. She was in the ICU for 3 days and 2 days in a step down unit. Dr. Khan only came in and seen her once in the ER and once in the ICU. We were told at discharge that she needed to see her in the office in one week. My son was called with an appointment time and date. We got to the office on that date, and we were told that she did not have an appointment until 2 weeks later. I could hear the Dr. talking in another room, and she still would not see my daughter in law. They stated other patients were coming in for appointment. We were in the office for 20 minutes and not one patient was in the office or ever came in during that time. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and for neurosurgeons. Never, would we have done that to a patient, especially a head injury follow up patient. It did work out in the end because I called another neurosurgeon and he had us come right over to his office immediately and worked us in. He had a full waiting room full of patients and still seen her. We learned more during that visit from him than we did throughout her whole hospital stay.
marilyn loughead: Very Poor. My daughter was 10 minutes late for her appointment, Dr Khan Refused to see my daughter, left her crying in the hallway. What kind of doctor acts like that!

David Neil: Dr. Edem is phenomenal! My wife was admitted to Hurley hospital with a brain tumor. Hurley is a good hospital, but this is my wife's brain, so we decided that we were going to go to U of M hospital in Ann Arbor. Then we met with Dr. Edem. She talked with us about the tumor and how the surgery would go. She talked about her team and was very giving with her time. We were so impressed with Dr. Edem and after we discussed our options, we decided to have Dr. Edem perform the surgery at Hurley. The surgery was successful, and we are truly thankful that we decided to have Dr. Edem take care of my wife.
linda douigherty: Dr. Edem was amazing. I fractured my c2 vertebrae and she did my complex surgery. Because of her skills, I am up and walking and taking care of myself. When the neck brace comes off and I do P.T. I should have most of my range of motion back. P.s. My whole family would recommend her.

Rebecca Bolin: I just saw Dr. Edem due to my back pain I've had for years! In all the years I've seen doctors for my pain I have not met a doctor as thorough as her. She is so kind and listens to what you have to say and answers any questions. She explained my xray to me that a previous doctor did not show me or explain and just told me it was normal. In fact it was not and she showed me exactly what was going on. Then she explained my MRI I had done prior to seeing her and explained the surgery process to me so I could go home and decide with a full explanation what I wanted to do. Now I walked out of my appointment not fixed but had a plan, but yet I still walked out happy and thought my appointment went amazing! Dr. Edem is definitely an amazing doctor and good at what she does! I highly recommend her to everyone!
