The salesperson was I think trying her best, but kept interrupting my partner and I while trying to discuss what we wanted. I’d choose something and she’d bring me different products and would not stop following us around the store trying to talk or get into our conversation about what we wanted. All in all the products I bought were great, just my experience not so much. I’d rather buy online.

But every bit of clothing I've ever bought from here has either fell apart at seams, ripped, or didn't fit me right. I just bought a two piece set and while the bottoms fit nicely, the top absolutely does not and I even asked about it. I'm a top heavy girl and I need all the support I can get. Very disappointed and sad 😣

It's worth the 1 5 hour round trip for me.I told them I was new and they repaired my car for me, no charge. Absolutely check this place out. The people are knowledgeable and their experience shows.

Dianna Acosta-Wiseman: Came in today with my son who’s a huge train lover. Today was his 11th birthday and all he wanted was a train! He was so excited and had a $750 budget to buy /do whatever he wanted. He woke up, go dressed and we headed to Riders! We walked in, no greeting or acknowledgement by any of the 4 employees at the front of the store. We head over to the train section and he points out the one in the case that he wants. I make eye contact with the employees who turn their heads and begin conversations about whatever. As a mom, I ignore and we stand and wait... as minute tick by- well over 25, still zero assistance or anything. I’m ready to go, but for my son, I was willing to wait. Other guests began coming in- being greeted and assisted. I still remained calm but upset. My 11yr old son started crying and said let’s just go- they clearly don’t want to help us. We left but the disappointment had me sitting in my truck crying WITH my son. I will NEVER be back to patronize this location nor brand of stores again!!! I hate to think that it was because of the color of our skin- because around Christmas-I visited and a lady employee was very helpful. We were told goodbye on our way out the door though- go figure. But whatever the case - Do BETTER!!!

They have everything for you for building layouts and repairing your trains in several gauges! RC cars or planes? They have that too! Whittling? Got you covered? Miniatures? They have that too! They even have a selection of board games!

Ezekiel Bowden: Wow, Riders was awesome. I am from out of town and I just had to stop in. They had a bunch of everything anyone could be into! Rc planes, boats, cars, rockets, scale models of all types, Model Trains and accessories of all scales, even board and strategy games. Just wow!! We went in on a Tuesday evening and it was full of life! Every one was super helpful and friendly, it seemed like the place to hangout! What a awesome hobby shop, I wish I was local because this would be home base for sure!!
