Beverly Donaldson: I am a 70 year old senior and I was disrespected very badly. I have been using Insta Lube for over 20 years.I wanted to know how much the service for the oil change would cost because I didn’t need washer fluid and I was still charged the same price. I asked why wasn’t I told how much the oil change would cost before they started and I was told by the female employee who was very rude that I came in and said I wanted a oil change. I told her I didn’t pay the price she was charging me before and what would have happened if I hadn’t had that much money because I am a senior and I get social security. She then told me that I was arguing and she was done talking about it.Service:Oil change

Diana Kelly: Got asked to review this place, I’ve went only once WONT return they didn’t check a lot like my filters weren’t checked how they do at my normal place I go for oil changes, I’m sure fluids also weren’t checked neither as they all were to busy talking away, they were to busy running their mouths to let me know or ask me did I want to have done whatever the man under the car was saying he’d seen needed a little fixing, and he’d do quickly, I’ll stick to where I’ve taking my cars for years not giving this place a 2nd chance, retrain your staff please..

They have an oil change and car wash and both were a little busy for a Sunday, great place. I was impressed.

Gregoire Bolduc: This is my first visit. Until a few weeks ago, I wasn't aware of their presence in the Flint area!I took my 2013 Chevrolet Sonic in for an oil and filter change since I was due for it. I decided to add a transmission fluid change also since I realized it was 63,000 miles since it was last changed.Their service was prompt and I was done in 45 minutes.I will return when my wife's car is due for an oil change.
