Rick DeSonia: I did not get called when my glasses arrived. They stated they were waiting for my “other glasses”. The glasses they were referring to were my old frames with tinted lenses. The issue was I was wearing my old glasses waiting for my new ones to arrive. I was going to surrender my old glasses to be sent out for new lenses when my new glasses arrived therefore the “glasses they were waiting for” would never arrive. I called them a week after my new glasses were suppose to arrive or I would still be waiting.

Rebecca Sherman: My daughter ordered glasses four weeks ago and has still not received them. They keep telling her they’ll be here by the end of the week. Of course Covid was the excuse as to why they are taking so long. If that’s the case, then up front she should have been told they are taking longer. She asked for a refund so she could go somewhere else and they told her they aren’t able to refund money since they’ve already been ordered. She paid for these glasses out of pocket. Over $400. The only way to rectify this situation is to refund her so she can go somewhere else. We will never recommend this place to anyone and we will never go back!

I have called twice, with no call back again. I will be going elsewhere, but I either want my money back or my contacts. Sad that I am hoping someone will read this, so I can get it taken care of, since noone ever calls you back.

I took a chance and called in to the store and a kind gentleman did tell me they were closed . He went above and beyond instead of just saying no were closed.He took the time and allowed me to try them on and cleaned them even though i said He could just hand them to me through the door. I am washing my hands with this place. This is the second time within 3 months where they were not available by phone during their proposed business hours. If I can't trust you because you gave false information, why should I give you my money or trust you with my vision? Unacceptable.

I could not get in contact with anyone - l left several messages (when the mailbox wasn't full). All l wanted was my prescription so l could order new glasses elsewhere. I ended up going to Eyeglass World and it cost me another $500.00. l will not be returning to Frazier. They need to have something in place to take care of patientsThey lost me.

Joey: I realize during the COVID-19 situation that offices are not operating under normal conditions. However, I checked the website and it shows that they are open, when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed. I called the office and it has a normal answering message indicating they are open rather than info as when they plan to reopen. When I attempted to leave a message, the mailbox was full. My son’s glasses are broken and I need to buy contacts. I think that all of this is very disrespectful to the patients. They could at least check their phone messages (lots of people are working from home or someone could stop in to the office and check messages or at this point, offer limited services.) They clearly do not care about their patients needs.

Tiffany Nicole: This ended up being a terrible mistake to go here. I recommend never going to this provider.I requested to have an exam for glasses and contacts. They refused saying, it had to be one or the other, and each much be separately done. I have never ever been told I can't do both. He tried to tell me with my insurance that nowhere could I get both. The exam is covered, those I would have had to buy my own contacts myself and pay a small fitting fee. Other places were happy to do both exams, however, could not because my once ever two year exam when to this eye doctors exam.They literally lied just for my insurance money. They didn't do my blood pressure right, and after finding out I was lied to after the fact I am not confident in the prescription at all. I ended up in tears because I was incredibly taken advantage of and lied to.They had 4 frames for my insurance coverage, I went elsewhere where there were over 100 frames still covered. Also, my appointment was 40 minutes late starting, though I was on time. It made me late to meet with a new employer and for my personal trainers appointment. I had to go somewhere else. I'm redoing the entire appointment, I don't trust the entire thing now. Don't go here. I want to save someone else this experience .The receptionist and several staff were polite and kind.It's just the fact I was given inaccurate false information.

I called ahead and asked how much a contacts exam would be and the woman who answered asked if I had a current glasses prescription and I explained that I did not. She said it would be $95. So I went in and had the exam and when I went to check out they charged me $275!!! I called them the next day instead of making a big scene at the office, and they would not take care of it. Had to deny the charges on my credit card. Not to mention the pair of trial contacts he gave me made my eyes red and irritated for 3 days. PATIENTS BEWARE....FIND AN HONEST PLACE...NOT THIS GUY.
